Great blueberry pancakes Great homemade rye bread with perfect eggs & sausage patties. No wonder it's a favorite of locals!

Delicious breakfast, the only downfall is that it is cash only. Of course I had no cash, so I had to run to an ATM.

My husband and I stopped in this morning on our drive north from concord. A little before 9 on a Saturday morning and there was no wait for a table. My hot chocolate came in a giant mug - twice as tall as a regular coffee cup. My husband had the hash with beans, I had the pauli's special Benedict... More

My husband and I were visiting Tilton NH for the weekend. We had breakfast at Pauli's twice, and it was just outstanding. The food was deliciously home cooked, and well presented by an experienced staff. A stop at Pauli's won't disappoint!

We were a party of ten ending a great camping time together. They did not allow us to sit together citing fire lane regs. Easily could have made this happen! We had four children under the age of nine. It took in excess of 40 minutes to get our lunch on a slow Tuesday afternoon. The waitress was less than... More

One of our bartenders recommended that we go here to have a local breakfast that wasn't commercialized. We are so happy that we did! There are a handful of seats in the front of the restaurant and a small horseshoe shaped bar in the middle. We sat at the horseshoe bar. I wouldn't recommend going here if you are with... More

My wife and I consider ourselves breakfast experts. When we want the absolute best, we take a drive up to the old mill town of Tilton, NH. off of exit 19 on Rt. 93 north. There you will find in the quaint little downtown, which is a throw back to the 1800's, Pauli's Restaurant. Everything on the breakfast menu will... More
