Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I hope you’ve had a chance to to come back since our family bought the business! You will still find the same great staff, including Rosie. As well as the same great menu....More

Great spot with fresh and tasty food! Hash is very good. Waitstaff is pleasant and knows the menu and offers helpful suggestions. Would definitely be back again. Only reason for docking a star is a huge wait line on a weekend. I wish they would...take names down instead of waiting in a line, but it's still worth it!More

Be prepared for a little wait but it’s totally worth it. The service is as good as the food. The hash is home made and delicious. The waffle has tons of flavor. Don’t miss the house made bread. We had the cinnamon with breakfast and...took a loaf of white with us. This was a fantastic breakfast experience.More

We went to Rosie’s for breakfast during our stay in NH. This was without doubt the best breakfast we have had during our travels in North America and our server, Jane, was wonderful with her happy and helpful disposition. The banter in the restaurant was...great to listen to and the best recommendation we can give is, we’ll be backMore

I stopped into Rosie’s on the side of Route 16 as I was heading up to Jackson, NH. Friends from home had recommended the food & good waitress service. My friends are right! I sat at the counter (there are plenty of tables too). Jordan...& Marissa were my waitresses. The service is like “team approach” from what I can see. Huge menu, but I ordered a basic favorite: two eggs scrambled with cheese. It came with my choice of homemade bread and home fries. Everything was delicious. I could see the kitchen thru a window. Clean environment, also … very clean bathroom. As more people came in, most were welcomed by their first names. So, it seems to be “a place where everyone knows your name”. I always take that as the best reference when I travel. If the locals go there, try it!! NOTE:::: They only accept cash. If you forget, there is an ATM inside. Definitely stop into Rosie’s before you venture further into North Conway. This place is a gem! PS They also serve lunch.More

We always stop at Rosie’s when we come up for vacation and they never disappoint. The food is outstanding and you get so much for what you pay for. We have tried almost everything on the menu from breakfast to lunch and everything is always...delicious. Cindy is great she always has a smile on her face and makes you feel like you’re family. They have a sign in there that states “come as strangers but leave as friends” and that’s exactly what they do. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.More

We are regulars, go there at 4 times a week, locals. Love the place, brand new after renovations. The staff is super, can't say enough about them. The food is homemade, we have tried most of the menu, ni and never had a bad meal....If something is not to your liking, just mention to your server and it will be fixed. The owner, Rosie, is always around to say hi and makes the most super bread, rolls, desserts, etc. I attached today's breakfast, tastes as good as it looks. Stop in you won't regret. If there is a line, it goes fast, and that is proof of a good restaurant. We love it there. Barb & Pat.More
