This time I brought the entire family including grand-kids. They feasted on lobster rolls while us adults attacked boiled lobster on special two for $20. I also had the usual lobster bisque to die for, and my son in law clam chowder. Fish and chips were delicious (very fresh haddock). All excellent as usual. Was a very busy Sunday afternoon... More

We went to Markey's Lobster Pound just for the food. We really love seafood and re always looking for a good place to eat. We loved the food, the atmosphere at the outside tables was fun, and we had a cute companion. Signs are around not to feed the seagulls, but a few fish were fed as we were right... More

We like Markey's a bit more than Brown's, finding them a little cheaper and less greasy. Their baked haddock is a good deal, too. Order at the counter then sit at large picnic tables overlooking the water. Sadly, service is just ok -- probably due to the large crowds.

Food was good. Ordering can be confusing you first time. 10 min. drive from Shoreline Inn, Salisbury Beach, Mass.

I came here in my early teens and remembered feeding stripers French fries off the pier so thought we would give it a try with the kids. The food was still very good and you get plenty of it that you can share a few fries over the side and watch some really nice striped bass come up and grab... More

Simple but tasty chowder, good lobster bisque, good fried seafood. 21.00 for a steamed new shell lobster is a bit much.

The location on the water offers a great view from porch or inside dining. For lobster orders you pick your lobster size and they call your number when it ready and you pick it up. For other food items, you place your order at another counter and again your number is called when ready. Did not try the lobsters but... More

Been going to Markeys since the 80's. Love, love it. Beats the one next door by miles. It is clean, well kept. Picnic tables and usually busy. Lobster is always fresh, includes butter and is pre cracked. Onion rings are to die for and the best anywhere. Fried food is great as well. Steamers and a beer hit the spot... More

Markey's has been a regular stop for many many years, but two trips last year were both disappointments. Real happy to say that our visit this Memorial Day weekend was back to the Markey's we knew. We both had fried food combos and we got very large portions with great tasting scallops (a Markey's favorite as they are so sweet),... More
