Get me right, but this place is getting worse and worse. I expected pleasing changes in this place but... First of all set yourself up with a good cook. Food is ferrible. Secondly, change your waitress, they are so unwelcome and careless. Also, drop prices,...they are completely inexplicable. Good luck. 1/5 for nowMore

Average fare in an average place with average staff should be a 3.0 but gets a point bump for the view on the deck on a nice day in this covid madness. Wasn't overly impressed with any of it other than how clean the bathrooms...were! Will be easy to forget the meal or the waitress but a clean bathroom and good view will leave a very good memory of this lunch. ****More

we've been to this restaurant many times before cv19. We hoped that they would be practicing cdc guidelines. This all ended when we came in for drinks. Twice in a week we went. Second time we eat on upper deck. That Bartender had a masks...😷 on. Every one did, except this one barmaid in lower level. Besides that Food as always was great!!More

We waited for over a half hour for our appetizer. During that time we sat there with empty drinks. The waitress completely forgot about us...to the point where we had to remind her we still needed to order our entrees once she finally came to...check on us after the appetizer was served. Almost an hour later, when we finally received our entrees, our Greek salads came out with no Feta cheese or Kalamata olives. When we called the waitress over to tell her our entrees were wrong, her response was literally “what do you want me to do about it?”. We told her to just bring the olives and cheese, and we’d deal with the fact that the grilled salmon was cold on one, and the salad with shrimp only had 4 small shrimp in it. To top it all off, one person in our party had ordered a couple diet Cokes...no one told us they were $4 with no refills. All in all terrible experience, we’ll never be back and tell everyone to stay away.More

My daughter and I stopped here yesterday for a quick bite. The manager (?) sat us. No real greeting, felt like he didn't want to be there. Server promptly came over and took our drink order. We each ordered a cup of clam chowder and...an order of steamers to share. They were listed as "Market Price," (not unusual), but I should have asked what that price was. Not much later, our food arrived. We started with the chowder and it was very good. Piping hot and chock full. Next we started on the steamers. I had one and thought to myself "zero flavor. I mean NONE." Not their fault I thought and maybe it was just that one. My daughter then had one and said, "wow, that tasted like nothing." At that point the server stopped by to check in and inquired how everything was. We told her fine - because honestly the chowder was and at that point we had each had but one flavorless steamer. We proceeded with the steamers and when I say they were sandy/dirty it's an understatement. Doesn't matter how much you rinsed them, they were LOADED with sand. To the point you could only taste the grit in your mouth. We finally gave up. After a while the server came back and I told her they were loaded with sand - truly inedible. Clearly most of our order was still there untouched. She apologized and seeing our chowder gone, asked if we wanted anything else. We told her no and she brought us our bill. Before bringing the bill we saw her speak with the manager and he looked disinterested in what she was saying. She then came over with the bill. The steamers were $25 which honestly, I've never paid for an order of steamers. I was irritated there was zero adjustment made for what was inedible food. How to win back a potential customer Castaways. And by the way, you should mop the water off the floor and scrub the back of the empty chair I faced. There was a caked on milky substance over the back of the chair that was hardly a fresh spill. Maybe the disinterested manager resting his elbows on the empty bar got it done after we left.More
