The beer we had at this place was decent, not great it was fun that they did flights of different beers so that you could do tastings of a number of things, but it took so long to get the wait staff at the bar...to even pay attention that I probably wouldn’t go back. I did not get any food, and the food that I saw other people ordering looked good in the menu looked interesting too. But again, I’m sitting at a bar and the bartender is spending more time talking to the other people dropping off dirty dishes then they are paying attention to customers at the bar who want to order things and spend money. And so when I finally did get their attention and ordered my drinks I just went ahead and said bring me the bill because if I had let them go I would still be sitting there 20 minutes later trying to get their attention to get my bill so I could leave. I’m still giving at three stars because there’s really not much else to do in this town and no real reason to visit it as a tourist destination for sure, but they really need to work on their service and make it faster.More

My husband and I wanted to try a new place without spending a ton of money so we headed to Rochester to try Revolution. We almost got pulled into Mitchell Hill BBQ across the street, which had live music, outdoor seating and smelled amazing, but...we decided that was more meat than we were up for. We got seated at Revolution outside, as requested, and it was nice to see so many people out. There was nothing wrong with Revolution, but it wasn't the "wow" place I had been hoping for. I will say my mohito (served in a copper mule mug, which I don't think is right?) was DELICIOUS, as was the garden salad and dressings. But the pizza was meh, burned pretty badly on the bottom and with few enough toppings that it wasn't actually filling (but did I mention the mohito was amazing?) And the waitress seemed harried, even saying they were short staffed, and forgot the lemon wedge for my husband's water even though he'd specifically requested it. I gave him the lime from my mohito. It was a nice evening, but next time we're in Rochester we might head for Mitchell's...More

outstanding. typical trip advisor accuracy. Pleasant people. Good but not massive menu. pizza predominantly, 3 salads, handful of good apps. Oddly, the fries, which were supposedly world class, were just "eh". But the pizzas were fantastic, i got a basic and my wife got a...white pizza with truffles and mushrooms. God, they were good. I also got a knife and fork caesar, and man, that was utterly outstanding. Now, our waiter seemed to be hearing impaired, but was attentive; not sure if iust was the ambient noise and mask or what. My wife asked for malt vinegar twice, first time didn't get it second time he brought aoli. Had a hard time convincing him that a "caesar salad" usually came with Caesar dressing, and he pressed me on what type of dressing i would like. To his credit, when he brought it...he said, yes, you were right, it had caesar dressing. And a good thing because it was outstanding. Normally 5 star pizza and service with many visits under our belts. Last night we were 6 and a cobb salad never hit the table until after the other 5 diners were finished. I will never buy pizza anywhere but here. Beautiful wood fired thin crust. Unique, new, fresh and wonderful flavors. Highest quality ingredients you can find. It was AWESOME!!!! This is not your local pie, these are masterpieces! Blown away as no one, no one makes...a pie this good in NH. Best thing to happen to the food scene in Rochester in maybe forever. We opted for takeout due to Covid. The pizza is simply the best in the seacoast! The chicken wings were scrumptious and the shrimp Cobb salad was outstanding as well. We have never had anything but fantastic food and drinks at Revolution!!!

This is a frequent “go to” for us. The menu is diverse, service and servers are friendly and competent. The most recent visit I had scallops and my wife had the wagyu cottage pie. These were off the new menu. This is the type of...place that we try to order something different each time, difficult though that may because there is a strong urge to have what we had last time. My husband and I were her last weekend after an hour of hiking nearby. Plenty of parking and we decided to eat inside as the wind picked up and it got a bit cold. There was however plenty of outside seating and people were sitting...outside. We sat at the bar. Bar service was excellent as was the kitchen. Fast hot and delicious. I had a specialty martini the Ciderhouse. My drink had butterscotch schnapps in it and that for whatever reason overpowered the rest of the drink, but still a well made martini. My husband had a few local drafts. We ordered the pretzel to start, came out hot and with mustard. Very good, beer cheese would've been a nice added touch but it was fine. I ordered the Rooster which is fried chicken but could order it grilled. I went for fried. It didn't disappoint. Came with a sauce, smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion on a nice grilled roll with fries with Malt Vinegar dipping sauce, to die for! My husband opted for the burger with fries. Bar service, waitstaff and kitchen were all fast and friendly. Went with the family got 3 chicken sandwich they were over cooked and dry the fries are soggy with no taste but the worst was the 77$ bill really for soggy tasteless fries and dry burnt chicken. Will not returnMore

Stopped in for a beveridge after a disappointing meal nearby. Bartender was knowledgeable, personable, and provided great service. Menu and food will see some change with a new chef, and staff are excited. We are too and will return for dinner!

Quaint little TapRoom & Grill. The cheeseburger and French fries were pretty good. Service was excellent. The server went above and beyond for our party of 7. We love the revolutionary sayings that are displayed throughout the Grill.
