Make reservations if you're eating here. Tried to have a late night dinner. Got there at 8pm, got seated at 8:30. Waited outside due to COVID, nobody acknowledged us standing there. Outside seating was empty, not even offered to us. When seated the restaurant wasn't...even full even given the pandemic. Not a big menu, small portions.More

Rudi's did a great job setting up outdoor seating under a tent in the back of the restaurant and even though you don't have a beautiful view, they made up for that with their food quality. The mussels were just delicious and the salad bowls...healthy and scrumptious. Go check them out!!!More

Started off with WARM water for everyone. Had to ask for ice!!! Limited menu. Was disappointed they ran out of the smash burger!!! Some liked their salad, another didn't. $12 for 3 small strips of steak with the salad! Hanger steak had a poor presentation...and not worth it's price. One person had the chicken sandwich and liked it. Our waitress didn't seem knowledgeable. Won't be going back.More

We were in town for a birthday! Met up with some friends who suggested Rudi's. Very happy that they srt up a big tent outside so we were able to enjoy a meal here. The menu is not huge but it has a variety of...excellent choices that should satisfy everyone. We all ordered apps. Wings, Calamari x2 and brussel sprouts. Every single thing was delicious. This was a very different style of calamari for me, but it did not disappoint. 2 in our party had burgers and said they were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. One had a Cobb salad add hanger steak and thought it was excellent. I had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with a mixed green salad side that came with a lemon vinaigrette type dressing. This sandwich was not your basic boring chicken sandwich. The batter was crispy and flavorful, the chicken juicy and the pickles added some pizazz. The food was all so great looking I did not stop to even take 1 pic and I always get food pics. Fun fact, the bathroom stalls have pictures attached to the inside with magnets. It is little things like this that make me smile and stand out in my mind for future visits. We walked away grateful for the excellent meal. This place definitely stands out in a town with so many options. @kristens_on_vacation on instagramMore

If you are looking for an upscale, yet intimate bar with great Happy Hour drink and food offerings, then consider Rudi’s. My husband and I thought we would have a couple of beers before our dinner at Rudi’s. They had a nice selection of tap...beers for 4$ each and appetizers for 1/2 price. We ordered the cauliflower steaks and calamari. Both were exceptional! We enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar enough to cancel our table and have a bite to eat right there. My husband had an amazing burger cooked to perfection on a toasted bun, while I had a delicious beet salad! All of their menu items were delicious sounding and if we were hungrier we could have had our choice of fish, steak etc. I strongly suggest you give it a go!More

We went to dinner for my father's birthday. The food was well prepared and the server was excellent, making sure that our dinners were prepared to our liking. Piano music created a nice atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We will be back.

This local classic has some great food. The cheeseburger is the best, but last time I had the chicken, that and the carrots were so yummy. Jason the bartender was very attentive and amusing. Great ambiance and service, always look forward to returning.

So I stopped in for Happy Hour at the bar... To my surprise, bartender, had no idea what a seafood fork was.. OK REALLY you don't eat mussels with a salad, or a dinner fork, but she informed me they did not have those forks....The couple next to me could not control there laughter, for my mussels were the size of a pinkie. so back they go. She looked at me as if I had the plague....... well bartender your actions speak volumes.More

We made a reservation for 15 people. When we arrived on a busy Saturday evening, the table was ready and was in a nice room off of the bar. The cocktails were delicious, I had a Pear martini, my husband had a Manhattan. I had...Salmon, he had Swordfish (I think his was a special). The fish was fresh and the preparation was perfect - not dried out or undercooked. The presentation was beautiful. Service was excellent too. I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 only because one of the entrees at our table was disappointing - the short ribs. They were stringy and over cooked. Everything else looked and tasted delicious (according to the group). The kids ordered truffle fries, they were a big hit - we ended up ordering another order for the table. Portions were generous. The bar was lively and packed on the evening we were there - it looked like a great atmosphere, mostly people in their 30's and 40's.More

I think it depends on how old the kids are. This is pretty much an adult, up-scale restaurant. there are two entrances on either side of the building, each has a bar, one with sofas and one where the jazz plays, and then... More
