My husband and I had the Cowboy burgers and they were excellent. We took our 7 year old daughter with us who does not typically like red meat. She not only ordered a burger, but actually finished it. This does not happen ever! She usually dissects her food and always leaves something aside unfinished. That burger was gone, and I... More

A small busy lunch restaurant with a varied short order menu for eat in or take out. My favorite is the the Blue Angel Hamburg with blue cheese cooked rare, medium or well done. The fries and not to miss either. I ate there today!

We walked here to dinner from our hotel. It's a very nicely run burger place. The burgers are well priced - we pay double where we live! I had the fish sandwich and my spouse had the farmhouse burger. We enjoyed both along with the fries and a shake. The kitchen split the shake for us which we appreciate. The... More

Sunday afternoon, lunchtime, every place downtown is super busy. We parked in the hustle and bustle of downtown and took the short walk to Lexie's. After reading the reviews for this place it was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want a huge meal. Lexie's provided exactly what we wanted without a single thing to complain about. Perfectly... More

Some times simple is best. One of the best burgers I have had and the truffle fries are to die for! It is a must stop when in Portsmouth!

Had a recent lunch here. Small, lots of character. All types of creative hamburgers, and delicious fish tacos. Lively recorded music. A great place for a lunch or takeout.

This is a "joint". Menu is straight forward but okay for what it is. Place is on the small side, but we took our order to go and then headed to Prescott Park. Simple lunch, just sitting on a bench and watching the water.

Burger was ok. Absolutely no ambiance- throw away plates, cups, silverware and glasses. Fries and onion rings awful. Go elsewhere for good food.

Good burgers and fries at very reasonable prices. The dining room is small and there can be quite a wait. I like the fact that the burgers were reasonably priced and not overly large, just right for lunch. The toppings were an interesting mix. The service was good and friendly

We got a take out order as it smelled like an old man's breath huffing in my face in the restaraunt. We asked for medium burger, got very rare,2.5 minutes to cook in a microwave. The coffee shakes were in name only, could not taste much coffee.

Thank NewMexicoTom
