At first you think you are entering a laid back or throw back pub with Californian counter culture indie music vibe. It has all the correct pieces such as 60’s concert posters on the wall, eclectic miss matched seating and rough cut wood everywhere. It...took only 5 minutes to realize it’s a local 30 something wannabe hang out trying way to hard to be anti establishment. There with friends to grab a drink and a bite to eat. Instead you have recent people who have moved into the area letting their feral children run around bothering the other patrons. It’s a bar/pub not a place to bring your running stroll. As for the place itself, the food was blan and the service was the only thing that was cold. I seriously don’t know what happened to this place. I won’t be going back.More

Always a great place! My husband and I come here a lot of Friday nights to unwind from our week. Drinks, service and food are always great! We have lived in this area for 12 years and have always come here, it’s always consistent and...a great little place to visit. If you’re in our next of the woods, check this place out.More

We visited for a lite late lunch on a Friday. Restaurant was about 30% full. The interior reminded me of a late ‘70’s college area bar with quirky vintage music and movie posters (Harold and Maude). Great pub character without neon beer signs or sports...memorabilia (not sure if they even had a TV to watch a game). For lunch we split a veggie sandwich and a bowl of beer cheese soup. The sandwich was filled with crunchy veggies and creamy avocado, and the bread was wonderfully soft. The soup was rich with cheddar flavor and had a nice thick but creamy texture. We enjoyed both and enjoyed the atmosphere!More

Went there to try the meatloaf as we were told it's good... It was! And a reasonable price too... This is a great place to go hang out since there isn't a whole lot in this town to go to. It's a sleepy little town...and if you are going to eat and want something fast and cheap, this is the spot.More

We enjoyed a couple of meals there, a lunch and a dinner. Very pleasant though hard-pressed wait staff. Our hot pastrami sandwich was tasty. The chicken schnitzel, though tasty, was too thick, in my opinion. Should just be called a chicken cutlet. The lava cake...was really delicious.More

This place was an unexpected delight! We stopped by recently for some drinks and food with family and all really enjoyed. We got set up at a table downstairs in a separate little alcove and had great service throughout. We all got cocktails, which were...all pretty good. I opted for the blood orange margarita, which was pretty flavorful - and tried some of the seasonal lemon/blueberry, which was good - if a little tart. We then went with the works nachos to share, which were great. Chicken, guac, sour cream, delicious and a healthy portion to share. Super nice vibe inside - an extensive menu and drinks list, and very pleasant staff. Well worth a visit!More

Came in with high expectations but they were soon dashed. Was greeted at the front and was seated quickly. Places my lunch order immediately and received my cup of bisque within minutes and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The burger order on the other...hand is still not here 45mins later with the waitress not stopping to explain or apologize were I had to ask another and another. I would not come back it was not busy and the restaurant was staffedMore

My wife and I had lunch on the patio and had a pleasant experience. We both had the burger which was a tad overcooked, but nonetheless very good. Next time I will order off the daily specials menu, which featured a number of creative dishes....The patio was nice for people watching and sipping beers.More

We had a great lunch at Harlows. Two sandwiches, soup and great beer. Would definitely go back for another meal - the menu looked fantastic.

The best thing about Harlow's is its location. Sitting outdoors is fun. Caution: Bring your own glasses and utensils. And food.

Went for dinner late Saturday afternoon, 4:30. Dinner menu wasn't available till 5:00 so we had drinks and my wife got a bowl of Hungarian Mushroom soup!!! that was very, very, good, while we waited for 5. Restaurant, building, neighborhood has a nice vibe, country...cool authentic. Waitstaff gets a B-. She was good but she wasn't trying very hard. Salmon was farm raised, but it was well prepared and presented. The Mediterranean dish, featuring chicken in a lemon wine sauce that my wife had was excellent also. So, atmosphere was laid back, old, comfortable and busy/interesting. Food was excellent. Bar menu was better than average. Service was,,,,average. Cost, reasonable. If you are in the neighborhood you should stop in. It's kinda memorable.More

We eat at Harlows fairly often. The food is very good, some unusual takes on American/Casual. This places specializes in its hippie/bohemian vibe to the exclusion of excellent service. Servers seem to be hired based on how non-conformist they look rather than how good at...serving they are. Dont get me wrong, your tasty food will arrive at some point, and the staff are friendly and fun, but attention to detail is just not their forte. If you are not in a hurry and atmosphere is your thing, this is your place. Johnny Depp has been known to frequent the place when he is in town and he fits in perfectly.More

We were in town to go to another restaurant and had some time to wait before our seats were ready. Went to Harlow's for a drink while we waited. I was surprised as I never knew this place existed. A fairly large bar area with...lots of seating both at the bar and small, high-top tables, things are jammed into a smalll area which some may not like. I'm a people person, so I don't mind talking to people I don't necessarily know. Service was rally good and are full bar.. May have to go back and check out the food at this place another time...More

I agree with Diane, very reasonable prices. We got burgers and pub fries for something like $8.95.
