Why roast when there are so many great Roasters to supply your cafe? The answer is simple. Our hands are on the Coffee from the moment it comes through the door to the moment we apply water & every step in between. As a Barista, I know Which taste profile I want to achieve in the cup. As a Roaster, This impression is translated directly to the roasting process. You cannot achieve this degree of control by only brewing the Coffee.
At Frontside Coffee Roasters, we select great coffees from around the globe & gently roast them to perfection.
We generally roast three ways.
Peak Roast
A lighter roast intended to showcase that origin's specific cup qualities (body, acidity & flavor).
Dark Roast
Just a few pops into second crack, our dark roasts are not simply burned coffee. With just a hint of oil on the exterior, these coffees showcase the dark chocolate flavor spectrum without bitterness.
French Roast
Very dark‏ & oily coffee beans. Roasted into the twilight of second crack.

I am a coffee snob and it's very hard to please me when it comes to espressos and espresso-based drinks. This place is fantastic. The cappuccino and latte were very delicious. Cafe also has a nice vibe to it. I bought a bag of freshly...More

In NC for a few days, and had breakfast here all but the first morning. Great choice of bagels, decent coffee (can be hard to find), with friendly, competent & enthusiastic staff. I just can't deal with the opposite before I've had a few coffees.

We stopped in here twice for cappuccinos during our trip - did not disappoint. Sitting area not particularly comfortable but we weren't there to linger.

Friendly service, great coffee, good bagels, what else could you ask for? Even though it was extremely busy the staff was super friendly and efficient.

Worst hot chocolate ever. Tastes like flavored brown water. The whipped cream wouldn’t mix in it. Coffee is OK and sandwiches looked pretty good. But, don’t get the hot chocolate

There's a ton of these around, but I boycot Starbucks, so I'm always on the lookout for good alternatives. The coffee and related drinks are great here, the food is good and they have nice outdoor seating right on the main street. A favorite place...More

Very cozy coffee shop with excellent baristas, coffee selection and even smoothies and sweet treats! My espresso was bold with a thick rich crema and my wife’s almond latte was creamy with beautiful latte art! I also liked the monkey bar to go along with...More

Best coffee in New Hampshire...my favorite drinks are the mocha latte and the maple latte, which really tastes like a New Hampshire-crafted drink. Perfectly situated in the downtown area of North Conway, it features an outside patio for optimal people-watching, and a comfortable, cute interior...More

When driving up to New Hampshire, stopping by here is a must! Cozy atmosphere with cute decor, very friendly staff, and delicious coffee! I always enjoy the lattes while my husband likes his espresso and chocolate glazed donut. The breakfast sandwiches are also very good!
