Dougs Dogs has been an intistusion on Route 101 for as long as I can Remember. In the summer at lunch the line is very long but well with the wait. He also carries his own homemade grape and orange pop. This is not Heath...food , just some of the best Digs on the planet .More

If this place is busy and you go on lunch, be prepared to wait. Waited in line for 20 mins for two hot dogs and chips. Guy was friendly enough (Doug?) But i stood there awkwardly as he was cleaning up after his last person...and didn't acknowledge me. Customer service is important when you're running your own place. The hot dogs are reasonably priced and you pick your toppings. Just might not be back due to wait time.More

Doug's Hot Dogs is a permanent fixture in Marlborough and is a long time favorite of the locals. He basically offers hot dogs with a wide variety of toppings including his own homemade chili. You can get chips and soft drinks as well. My favorite...is to get an Italian sausage with all the trimmings whenever I'm in the area. This is a popular spot so plan on waiting in line if you stop by at mealtime. Doug is pretty quick though and the line moves quickly. All items are low priced which makes the wait worthwhile.More

Three generations have made Doug's Dogs THE place to stop for a quick and tasty lunch, though might not be quick if the lines are long .... Tasty, oh yes, with choice of ten toppings all included for the same flat price of $1.75. But...don't limit yourself to just dawgs, try the kielbasa or sausage with peppers and onions. I've been going here since I was a baby and I'll go ti I die. It holds a special place in my heart, and I can't lose it.

OK, I'm a hot dog snob....you know what that means....natural casing, New England style roll, specific pickle relish and raw onions with yellow mustard. When I stopped by the dogs were in the NY style bun, the dogs were not natural casing and the dog...was soggy and mealy...., won't be stopping back anytime soon.More

Truly the best hot dog wagon for miles. The toppings are free. The hot dogs are now 1.75 due to price inflation of everything but still worth it. I also recommend the chili cheese nachos
