Had the blueberry crepes. They were only warm, but the taste was out of this world. Such a cute little gem in downtown Manchester. Great pastries too.

Small, unassuming place with classical music, great service and great food. We went for dinner on two occasions, but others told us the place is also known for great breakfasts and lunch! I had the beef goulash on one occasion and the chicken breast schnitzel the other time? Each was accompanied by rice, potato, veggies done to perfection. The meatball... More

Lala's has the Best Hungarian Goulash in NH. You can get it with Chicken or Beef, served with noodles Rice and Carrots like no other, the recipe is a secret and so tasty. I have been going since they opened their doors. The pastries are quite good. European pastries are not as sweet as their American versions so it is... More

Strolling the streets of Manchester we came across Lalas and went in for lunch. Six of us varied sandwiches and soup and we all enjoyed our food. This is a hidden little gem.

This is one restaurant I wish were located closer to home because I just love it! The Beef Goulash is my absolute favorite. It is so flavorful without being too spicy hot, and the traditional egg noodles it comes with are so delicious. I also enjoyed the Vienna Schnitzel, especially because of the wax beans they serve with it. They... More

$5 lunch specials are outrageously inexpensive with enough to fulfill your lunch needs. Proprietors are nice people. The wide variety of desserts on display are great too. We ate here multiple times for during SNHU graduation weekend.

While the decor may not be for everyone the food and pastries more than make up for it. The food was great, very big portions, with low prices and the service was pleasant. It was a short 3 minute walk from the Radisson hotel in downtown Manchester NH. No beer or hard drinks but a few wine choices are available.

I grew up with Hungarian grandparents and we ate Hungarian food regularly. This is a rare treat to have an authentic Hungarian food and pastry. This place is primarily for take out. Try the goulash (stew) and you will not be disappointed

We have had some excellent meals at Lala's. Each dinner was made to order. Plenty of food, always arrives very hot.

This is a phenomenal Hungarian bakery and restaurant in downtown Manchester. It's worth driving into the city to eat at Lala's! You can't go wrong with any of their pastries, but you should especially try the fig cake. Also the food is incredible. I highly recommend the Hungarian sausage.
