Go here a few times a year, is one of the best restaurants I've been to in NH, definitely worth the trip. Food is always consistent, prices are good and the service is excellent. Atmosphere is rustic and has a comfortable small town feel. Go here!!!!

Great experience from the moment we walked in the door on a Saturday evening. Our party of 5 was seated immediately. The hostess, waitress and "water server" were all friendly and attentive. Great gluten free menu (you need to ask for it). Crackers & cheese available in the 'lounge' area (for while you wait or to get and bring to... More

Nice, warm restaurant with a huge fireplace warming the place. It has phenomenal local cheddar cheese to nosh on while waiting to be seated and their own white chocolate given at the end of the meal. Service is excellent and the food is somewhat traditional New England, with also some nice sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. My family and I love... More

For the main course I had the Mac with Pulled Pork. Sound like a strange combination but it was excellent. The portion was large and with... More

I thought the food here was pretty good. The ambience is great and the crackers and cheese while you wait is clutch. The crab cake honestly was amazing. I read previous reviews that it was bad but I thought it was incredible. The bread however was stale and my steak undercooked but overall good food.
