The Sausage burrito breakfast was so good. Almost everyone got that to try. Also heard from someone in my party that the biscuits and gravy were very tasty.

We always stop here when in Lincoln. The pulled pork sandwich is great. Everything is fresh. You've gotta try the corn bread. The owner is very friendly. She always brings out something she made herself that day to try.

We originally went to this restaurant because we had a coupon. The food was home made and fresh! The jalapeño corn bread is a must try...oh my!!! Y.U.M.M.Y!! the food was delicious, the owner was fabulous. It is a little tricky to find because the building is a bit of a maze but well worth the wee tour. I would... More

I would have ranked this higher if it weren't for the slow service. After trying to go to another breakfast place with a huge line we went here (we would have been better off waiting at the original place). The staff clearly couldn't handle a rush, we waited over 45 min for French toast and pancakes..you could see it was... More

It is located in a small shopping plaza on the second floor. It was a very good breakfast and a nice selection, my husband and I both enjoyed our breakfast and would have liked to have gone back. His blueberry pancakes were excellent and bountiful. I had the poached eggs and corn-beef hash with homemade hashbrowns, it was also very... More

We visited Texas Toast/Pig's Ear after it got great reviews online. We started off with the wings - best choice after a long day in the mountains. They were sweet, but had an unexpected kick to them. I ordered the Pig's Ear Pulled Pork Sandwich... another phenomenal choice. The delicious pulled pork came in between two huge pieces of Texas... More

We tried to go to another local breakfast spot this past weekend but with a long wait we decided to head over to Texas Toast instead. With no wait, good/friendly service and decent good it was a win-win. They have a small breakfast menu but hit on all the main stays and do a good job at it.
