Finally figured out when this place stays open because they recently posted it on their sign outside. They're open for breakfast and lunch every day and only open for dinner on Fridays. They usually have a Friday night special AYCE seafood, usually clams or fried haddock. Their breakfast menu is standard but we've been disappointed with having omelettes overdone on... More
We had a delicious breakfast at Water Street Cafe. The signature omelettes were excellent and we also enjoyed the huevos rancheros. The service was friendly and quick and we enjoyed the casual meal with great food. Will definitely plan on a return trip. Although not super cheap eats this is a nice place for families to enjoy a top quality... More
Had heard so many good things about this restaurant and was highly disappointed. Went on a Friday night and ordered the Seafood pie and received the seafood platter. The waitress never came back to see if there was anything else we needed or if everything was okay. When she finally came back to the table, she placed the check on... More
We had a lovely hearty breakfast at this very pleasant establishment. My daughter and I stumbled upon WSC when we were in the area for a family wedding. Our made to order omelette were delicious. They were accompanied by sausage, Polish beans, which were a symphony of assorted beans that were nicely seasoned, and a fruit salad (in lieu of... More
Homemade hash truly was. Polish beans (baked assorted beans with bacon and flavorful sauce) a great alternative to regular baked beans. Portions plentiful. Atmosphere, airy with booths and tables. Nice!
Excellent, spotless location near the Laconia Police Dept. Rebuilt after a fire a few years ago. Excellent breakfasts and lunches, dinners some nights. Daily specials. Great desserts. Free newspapers., Good service.
I hadn't been back to this restaurant in quite awhile because I wasn't impressed the last time I was here. However, today has changed my mind. My daughter ordered the Veggie omelet - it was huge and chock full of veggies. The home fries were exceptional. I had the breakfast burrito which was delicious. I asked for the salsa on... More
One of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is awesome, super friendly and attentive. I don't usually stray off my normal breakfast choices but I was persuaded to try a special and was in breakfast heaven!
I had been told on numerous occasions that the fish was very good here. I ordered the fish and chips (haddock and fries) and my associate ordered chicken fingers-we were eating healthy that day.... Both the fish and fries were cooked in what I believe to be an oil that was at too low a temperature. This results in a... More
Ed, first and foremost I would like to thank you for coming in to the Water St Café. I'm sorry you were less than satisfied with your meal. In an effort to correct the problem and find out what may have gone wrong could you please tell me when you were in and Who your server was? We would like... More
