We had a Birthday dinner with 2 families right after Christmas, 2019. The atmosphere was special with little white lights strung inside a cozy, log cabin-feel interior with a fireplace in our room. The service was spot on and left nothing to be wanted. The food was amazing for both adults and children alike. Adult meals choices were hearty and gourmet. The kids were able to order Mac and cheese, grilled cheese, chicken fingers and fries...all of their favorites! Dessert was a chocolate bag filled with brownie and ice cream and was delightful!

The Christmas Farm Inn has become a staple for any trip we take up to New Hampshire. The ambiance is calm, and almost has an aura that assures you will be well taken care of. Our waiter was charismatic, friendly, and very professional. Before anyone sits down at a table, they disinfect anything you can touch. I had the Wild Mushroom Risotto, and I must say it was so good I forgot to take pictures of the other meals we ordered. However, trust me when I say they were all visually stunning and delicious. We will continue to come here every time we vacation up north.

Our family had a wonderful dining experience at the Christmas Farm Inn. We were celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect.. Atmosphere was beautiful. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and accommodating through the whole process of making the reservation through the actual celebration with our larger group. The turkey dinner was mouth watering and the Salmon was cooked perfectly. Grandchildren loved the inn and had fun sitting on the inviting porch. We are from 6 hours away but plan to come back in the future. Beautiful little gem away from the busier areas of the White Mts. Thank you to all for making our celebration memorable.

I am a Mt Washington Valley veteran, thru many years of visiting regularly as well as living there for several summers in the 1970's. There have been many great restaurants and chefs over the years but right now I would rate the food at the Christmas Farm Inn as good as any in the Valley. The menu is varied and everybody should find something that sounds delicious and the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food.. Most recently seven of us enjoyed dinner there and all enjoyed immensely. One person ordered the Craft hamburger and reported it was one of best burgers they had ever had. I ordered a Veal Schnitzel that was perfection, and the Wild mushroom Bruschetta was one of tastiest apps I have experienced in recent years. In the past I have ordered the Turkey Dinner here which is perhaps the best Turkey dinner I have ever experienced at a restaurant and their Cranberry sauce is the absolute best I have ever had anywhere. For dessert several ordered the Chocolate Bag which was a big hit as well as being a great conversation piece and I went with their creme brulee which never disappoints. If you truly enjoy outstanding food quality, I highly recommend you find your way to the Christmas Farm Inn when in the Valley.

We were looking for a nice evening out in Jackson for our anniversary. Many other restaurants were closed on a Sunday. We easily made reservations, and the establishment didn't disappoint. We weren't surprised that it was a slow night given the current Covid situation and restaurants just reopening, as well as a small menu. But, what was offered was delicious. Large servings filled our plates. We had the Mushroom and Beef Pappardelle, Glazed Duck, and Pork Bolognaise, after starting with the seafood chowder. All were amazing. Would definitely visit again.

My wife had an average to okay turkey dinner. I had the most awful duck I've ever eaten. The pear (at least I think it was) sauce used made it inedible. My only remark was, "How do you ruin duck?"-they did. Service was fine.

Cutest place ever!! True to its name, this restaurants Christmas theme came out in its decor. And the FOOD was delicious! We had a party of 6, and did not have a single complaint about any of the meals we ordered. Definite winners were the mussels appetizer (I don’t even like mussels but these were so good), and the mushroom risotto. The chocolate “bomb” at the end was HUGE and was amazing as well!! Highly recommend and are definitely going to have to make this a must stop ever time we get up to New Hampshire!!

We had dinner at the Inn which is open for dining, even if you are not staying there. The dining area is large, so they were very accommodating. The menu was varied with lots of choices. For appetizers, my wife had the Butternut Squash & Cider Soup, a little different but very tasty; I had the seared Ahi appetizer; and we both ordered the schnitzel. The Ahi was "a little" dry, not too much, but just not as moist as I am used to. Also it was over-covered with seed. I am not sure but I think it may have come all prepared & the kitchen heats & serves. I could be wrong, but it just didn't seem as if it was "Made to order". The same with the schnitzel: I don't think they made the cutlets - I think they get them pre-breaded & ready to fry. That being said, everything was good, and we did enjoy our meals: the portions were large and we ended up taking a good amount home. Flavia, our server was excellent. She was very helpful, and attentive. It was a very enjoyable evening, and we would certainly return.

Terrible experience! Arrived for a 7:15 Saturday seating to find waiter warning us kitchen had already run out of soup and several menu items. After waiter checked with kitchen to ensure they still had Turkey dinners available, we placed our order for Turkey. After waiting a half hour- waiter returned to tell us kitchen had in fact run out of Turkey and we needed to choose a new entree from dwindling options. After we objected and expressed our intent to leave, waiter returned to inform us the kitchen had “found” exactly two more Turkey dinners. If we would just wait longer we could have those “found” dinners. Found where - the freezer, the garbage, another diner’s order??? Unacceptable - we left. We also observed other guests disappointed with food and options. Stay away. Restaurant seemed not to be very functional.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you had at our restaurant. The issues you encountered with our menu items running out and the confusion with your order are unacceptable, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration and concerns. This does not meet our standard of service, and we will investigate this matter further to prevent such situations in the future.

We have stayed at the Christmas Farm Inn quite a few times over the past 40+ years and it never, ever disappoints. We planned this getaway around the Monday night 2-for-! special and couldn't have been happier with the food, the service, and the attention to the health and safety of diners. What I love about returning to the Inn is that they have kept their wait staff for years; I consider this a sign of a well-run establishment. It was great seeing Kathy, Joshua, and Madison for the third time this year! (Fortunately, we only live a 2+ hour drive away, so visit in all seasons.)

We loved this restaurant last Fall. Nice menu, clean service and great food. This time it was clumsy service, limited menu, and just average food. 1st course: Calamari cooked perfectly and sauces were perfect but portion was small for $15. Caesar salad with Chicken had a nice portion of tender chicken but dressing was bland and had no anchovies, garlic, parmesan, or other classic flavors $17. Best Appetizer was the Crab Cakes. Tender, juicy, and great seasoning and sauce. $16. Entrees: Chicken Alfredo was the best of the lot. Nice pasta and tender chicken breast. $26 (same as the precooked frozen chicken from the Caesar salad), but nothing special. Burger off the Pub Menu was very good. Deep fried chips were excellent. $20. Now for the $36 Short Rib. A great rice cake, and Brussel sprouts in a soy BBQ sauce. But the beef portion was so under portioned that it made the dish a joke. 3 maybe 4 oz. of stewed beef, not a true short rib entrée. Wine: We ordered a $49 bottle of white which was $79 when the check came. That is unacceptable in my book. Dessert: Two Tiramisus and a Cake-Tini. Last time we were here the Tiramisu was OUTSTANDING! This new dessert was a commercial frozen disappointment. No espresso, and coco flavor. Just another cheap "Sysco", buy and serve dessert. The Cake -Tini was just a disappointing mess. Now for a strange event. At 7:48pm a young man with a black beard came out of the kitchen and turned the light up to BRIGHT, and turned on the music? My friends thought he was kicking everyone out!

We loved our stay at the Christmas Farm Inn! Sandra and her team are so hospitable. We came to Jackson for a ski trip and the snow was great! There are so many ski areas near by. We stayed in a cozy barn loft with more than enough space for the two of us. Great beds and very clean. Breakfast is the best part! It is included in your stay and cooked to order. We looked forward to it each morning and it helped power us through the day on the slopes. My partner enjoyed a very relaxing massage at the Spa after skiing followed by a great dinner in the restaurant and sitting cozy by the fire in the library. Highly recommend the beef tenderloin, and tenderloin beef tips..perfection! Christmas Farm Inn nestled in Jackson is a classic New England winter wonderland. We highly recommend staying here on your next visit to the mountains.

Had an excellent, relaxing dinner at the Inn. We enjoyed clam chowder, coconut shrimp, garden salad and baked Brie appetizers then had maple glazed chicken, lamb, and duck for entrees. Everything was fresh and prepared and seasoned well, even the kid’s menu chicken fingers. The wine and cocktail list offers nice options and we also enjoyed tiramisu, ice cream and chocolate volcano for dessert. The server did a lovely job, and we appreciated the acoustic paneling in the ceiling that made for a comfortable noise level. Inn has a chill vintage vibe. Only 1 bathroom though.

First time we had dinner at the Inn and it was outstanding. Our server Joshua was excellent and came up with the best end cut piece of prime rib I have ever sunk my fork into. Atmosphere, food, service were all 5 star. Can't wait to visit again when we are in the area.

My husband and I missed out on eating here when we visited 4 years ago so were really looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed. We had quite a frosty reception when we arrived and except for our waitress, no one else was very friendly either. The food was ok, not amazing as we’d anticipated and the dining area was chilly in atmosphere and temperature. 4 years ago we couldn’t get a table as it was so busy but the restaurant was practically empty last night, maybe this says it all.
