We traveled as a large group and everyone loved their meal at The Christmas Farm Inn. Kids meals were fantastic, huge and delicious! The adults enjoyed the turkey dinner and Faroe Island Salmon. Clam chowder, Caesar salad and French Onion soup were hits with the teenagers. The staff here is fantastic, very accommodating and friendly, offering fun historic anecdotes about... More

Nicely located above town, so it is very quiet. You may have rooms with your kids in small bungalows or a nice suite in the Carriage house. Breakfast and wifi are included and the restaurant is quite good. People are very nice and efficient. You must visit the spa, which is very relaxing and well organized.

The food was very good and our waiter was great (wish I could remember his name). Great suggestions and knowledgeable about the menu. Much better than expected.

Very lovely restaurant with a history as long as your arm. The inn sits up on a hill with parking across the street. We were there only for dinner and it was lovely. I had fresh baked haddock with Farro, which is an ancient grain. Chef mixed it with finely chopped vegetables. It was delicious. The service, the food and... More

The inn is a historic building with new additions. Set on a quiet road on the way to Black mountain. Breakfast comes with the room. Very good. Staff friendly

We did not know what to expect and struggled to find the Inn but were very pleasantly surprised. Menu was good, service prompt, pleasant surroundings. We will return.

This was recommended and thought the appetizers and bread were excellent. The Fisherman's platter was ordinary however and a reasonable price.Thought that not having scallops included was odd. (Shrimp excellent, Clams ok, Haddock was ok)Service was impeccable!

Had a lovely dinner here. Greeted by the hostess and asked for our preference for seating. Our waitress was courteous and was helpful in answering our questions. The clam chowder was hearty with clams. Bread served with an herb butter made on site. Pan-seared sea scallops were excellent as was the lobster-shrimp scampi. Would highly recommend-lovely country inn setting. Reservations... More

My wife and I were staying at a nearby bed and breakfast with outstanding dining; we decided to try a nearby eatery by way of contrast. We weren't expecting it and were wonderfully surprised by the dinner we had. Outstanding on all counts: really knowledgeable wait staff; superb entrees (my steak tips were out of this world; my wife's salmon... More

We were recommended to this restaurant as being one of the better ones in the area although there are several good ones. We had a wonderful waiter who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and made some good suggestions. We were delighted with the food as it was well-prepared and presented nicely. All of their desserts looked wonderful... More
