We went to participate in a game study for Dartmouth students. Lovely group of guitar players jamming in the background. We ate and drank and it was just fine. Service is good. I had nachos and they were good but sandwiches looked better.

I will start out first and say that I prefer the Lebanon and Newport locations to the Hanover one, which tends to be rather dark and cavernous. Also, we have found the staff at the Hanover branch not particularly attentive on arrival, unlike at their other branches. So given a choice, I recommend driving over to the Lebanon, NH, branch... I moved out of the area a year ago, was in town for business and jumped at the chance to stop in tonight- had the Burger the jake, it was great. When we lived in the area we ate dinner almost every week at the Newport location, and were never disappointed. If you are looking for cold beer, fair prices,... More

Stopped on in during graduation week and got there right at opening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They poor a good glass of Guinness. The decor is basic but fun. Thru hikers like myself get to write their names on the walls around the bar. The food is very well prepared. Great fries. It's a national franchise so... More

College town ambiance with patio dining option. Excellent sandwiches and super friendly professional waitstaff like Kristin make it a relaxed place to enjoy a meal.

The experience was what we expected based on recommendations we received earlier from friends. The food and service were both excellent. My wife and I would recommend the entries we had for lunch today.

This restaurant has been a nice addition to the Hanover food and bar scene. The fairly constant playing of sports games on multiple TV screens provides an active background. This is a place to go for light fun, and not a work environment.

I was at Dartmouth College for an event, and a friend and I had lunch at this pub just behind the college. They were having some equipment issues in the kitchen, which the server told us about right up front. The menu was therefore a little limited, but we decided to stay anyway. I just had the Chili and a... More

I go in there with friends every other week for an after-work get-together. Good selection of beers. Fried peppers are really good, but make sure that you order food with your drinks because food takes quite a while to arrive.

Salt Hill Pub is a wonderful little gem. A locals favorite, the young lady at our hotel front desk recommended this restaurant as her #1 pick. She was right on target. Great restaurant and a nice menu, more than greasy bar fare. There is plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Staff is very good. Nice experience.
