Server extraordinaire. She is an asset to your restaurant. Personable, professional, efficient and accommodating. She can handle many tables at one time. And of course your food is superb. Love the Tuesday lobster special.

We rode our Harley headed specifically for Wally's Pub to enjoy their Tuesday special which we go to every year ( for over 20 yrs). It's a biker bar but usually very few people there at lunch time. NOT TRUE this year. They expanded and...have over 15 extra long picnic tables set up outside under a tent besides their front outdoor seating and indoor seating. Nothing available out front so we went to the back tent and were pleasantly surprised that there was plenty of space between tables. People and wait staff could walk around easily and not fear of bumping into anyone. Waitress, Rachel, was pleasant and took our drink order within 10 minutes. We put our order in when the drinks arrived. I had the Twin Lobster special for $14.68 with a side of melted butter. They were excellent. My husband ordered a plain steak and cheese sub with french fries and he specified "NO PICKLE" . Well, the sub was overflowing with chunks of steak that was cooked to perfection. He was disappointed that they put a large dill pickle on the plate and the french fried over it!! He immediately took his sandwich halves off and put them on his dinner napkin so the pickle juice wouldn't go near it. He waved down the waiter that just dropped off his lunch and told him to please take the plate with fries and pickle to the trash. He told him he had asked for NO pickle. He took the plate and walked away.....after he'd eaten half his sandwich our waitress stopped by to see if all was OK. He told her about the pickle and she said she'd go get a side of fries. The 4 of us finished our meal, and she came to bring us our check and realized he never got the fries! She offered to get them for take out. We said NO, thank you. He suggested she deduct the price of the fries. She came back and said she couldn't figure out how to change the price of his lunch. We said fine and paid our bill as listed. Waitress was pleasant through all of this. Yes, we left her our usual tip because it wasn't her fault. Bob enjoyed the Smuttynose beer. Our friends ordered Chicken Parm sandwich and a Haddock Sandwich. Both were very tasty and large portioned. Love the food here. Yes, we would return but NO PICKLES, please.More

My friend and I go so far every Tuesday for the lobster special. We have had Tiffany several times as our server. She is friendly ,professional and very efficient. Definitely an asset to Wally's Pub. The service is fantastic. The lobsters come out in record...time the last few times we have been there. We also been there for taco Mondays and wing Wednesdays and prime rib Saturday. Awesome job Wally.More

We come to Wally's everytime we come to New Hampshire, we sometimes just come to New Hampshire just for Wally's wings! In the past we absolutely loved it ! Their service was outstanding and tip top ! Food is always good ! But today what...a difference , Took over a half hour to get a waitress , then when she finally came over ,no personality didn't apologize for the half hour wait , she brought our drinks over and we said we would like to order food , she never came back .....we actually had to find a waitress , talked to 3 of them asked if we could order food and that we have been waiting over a half hour for our waitress , she said she would send someone over , they never came over , we went up to her again , told her a waitress never came , finally with an attitude a young girl came over took our order , got our food , food was great then when we wanted the check we couldn't find the waitress once again , she never came over to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything, we had to walk up to the bartender and ask for the check , she said she couldn't help us and that we needed to ask our waitress, well we never saw her again so then we said we just want to pay , jesus its like we had to beg for absolutely everything today, we finally paid , usually we are 100 percent tippers , my fiance gave 10 bucks and I think that was too much considering the horrible service today! We are so disappointed. Hopefully they will read this and make some changes to their workers ! Sorry I usually dont complain but this was the absolute worst ever !More

I usually love Wally's In the summer My friends and my wife and I are there every weekend mostly Saturdays during July I was there every Saturday and Sunday .Love the food for the most part the service i had was good. This past Saturday...my wife and I plus 2 handicapped friends went for the prime Rib. We sat at a table out side about 3/4 of them had 2 to 4 people at them. I seen 4 servers 3 seemed busy and were kind of a good distance away 1 was sitting chatting with friends after about 15 min, my wife asked if we could get some service ,I AM HAVING A CONVERSATION THE (Waitress replied!!! At that point I went to grab drinks inside but they were slammed, so I went back outside ,as I was reaching my table I asked another Waitress who the server was at our table she said it was her,she all ready was running everywhere taking care of her customers so at that point I seen why it was taken so long,she took our order and we asked why that Waitress( the one having a conversation) she replied oh that's my Boss. Having worked in the food service on and off for 35 years both before and after being a Firefighter and my wife being a bartender and service and our disabled friends who worked as a club manager and the other a bartender we all said when one of our employees needed a hand you help for the good of the business. So a few min after us complaining and the other Waitress the head waitress came over and asked what we wanted we said we were all set. 5 min later 3 bouncers come over and said we had to leave ,I asked for what he said the head waitress had her feathers ruffled and said we had to leave . NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS FRIGGING PISSED OFF !!! AND I STILL AM. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM THE MANAGER ,I KNOW THE $200 PLUS WE WOULD HAVE SPENT, THAT THEY LOST MEANS NOTHING. BUT IMAGINE IF SHE DID IT TO 10 TABLES A WEEK THATS $8OOO TO 10,000 A MONTH. BETWEEN MY WIFE AND I WE EAT AT WALLYS AT LEAST 1 TO 2 TIMES A WEEK SOMETIMES MORE SO JUST US WE SPEND AT LEAST 100 A MEAL . YOUR MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE TWEEKED A BIT DON'T YA THINK ?More

AFTER SITTING AT A TABLE NOT BEING SERVED WE MOVED TO THE BAR THINKING THAT WE MAY THEM BE SERVED QUICKER WE WERE NOT EVEN GREETED THE Well observing her on the phone for 5 minutes and turn in the channels on the TV and...talking with others as we asked to be served the bartender ignored us while looking over her shoulder clearly looking at us then when she finally acknowledged us she looked over her shoulder giving us dirty looks she then rudely said that she was making someone a drink even another patron at the bar said to my husband that it was not exceptable how we were being ignored so after the bartenders actions my husband stood up and we just left.....its a shame because it really looked like a nice place BUT I'd never recommend this place to my friendsMore

We came to enjoy adult time, as I have for years! But silly me.! Wally’s is apparently, now offering children’s functions. A group of 25, way more than half were children (toddlers included), shooting pool, gathering at the juke box, and running around like it...was “Chucky Cheese!”!! Props to the “moms” who were Truly “awesome” Following their toddlers about the bar! Unfortunately, I Was Forced by the “manager on duty” to delete my Pictures, lol! . Always a good time at Wally's, any time of year. Excellent specials year round, always good service.

We did takeout for dinner. The pizza and wings were excellent. Best we’ve found on the beach and we’ve been coming here for 20 years so we’ve tried them all. The hand made onion rings are also excellent. Light batter and fried to perfection. The...bar area is quite large and busy for happy hour.More

Have driven by many times, always packed with great people. I had Lunch at the Bar and had great sevice from Courtney, Thank you! Very good comfort food served, I had the Chili bowl. Everyone was happy with their lunches.

Stopped by Wally's after taking a ride in a dragster at the track. Just so happened it was $.10 wing Wed. So we each got a beer had 10 super yummy wings and were very happy!! Even though it was 2 in the afternoon,it was...pretty busy inside.The girls behind the bar were very helpful.More

I was sitting at the bar talking with someone and was asked to leave when I declined the bar tender's offer for another drink. I was presently drinking water but had just finished a beer. I agreed to leave after I finished my water but...the bartender asked me again to leave and took my water away. The whole situation seemed arbitrary. One minute I'm talking to the guy beside me and the next I'm being asked to leave with no clear explanation. The guy I was talking to said this happened to him as well. He said there's no arguing with them. The management supports it.More
