Love the view and the drinks at The Sandbar. The staff is friendly and never pushy. The drinks are great. On a nice day there is no nicer place to sit.

This is an awesome spot for a couple of drinks and an appetizer. We have been here several times and love the location! It's a good place to stop mid-afternoon or before heading out to dinner.

Our first stop when we go to Hampton Beach .. view the whole boardwalk strip and catch up on the seashore news .. friendly outgoing crowd... and a band every afternoon.

As far as location, views and people watching it gets 5-stars. The reason I only gave it 3 is because of the very limited menu. My wife ordered a spinach goat cheese salad and the eggs and other vegetables were frozen solid. So leaves me to believe they are all pre-made and refrigerated, or frozen until somebody orders them. If you are staying at the Ashworth at Hampton Beach, the Sandbar is a must visit for breakfast. This is clearly the place to be for breakfast. While you may have to wait a few minutes, the food is well worth the wait and staff is real friendly.... Give it a try when at Hampton Beach..

Comfortable, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive bartender. It was nice to be able to sit and relax, have a drink, a little, good food and not have to leave the hotel! All part of the Ashworth experience.

Located at the Ashworth Hotel, this patio bar is located between the 2 towers of the hotel and next to the indoor pool. Great place to have drinks and people watch while the 2 man band plays. What kills this spot is the very limited menu, small portions and the ridiculous food prices. It's a shame because this is a... More
