Excellent food and friendly service. They are doing their best to meet Covid regulations—with a smile! The bakery has a wide selection—husband loved the cinnamon roll—but the breakfast sandwiches are scrumptious!

Arrive early or wait in line. Any/all espresso drinks or cold. Masks required. Breakfast burrito is very good. Interesting bookstore attached.

Good smoothies, sandwiches, and pastries. Nice selection of fiction and nonfiction books. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Gorham!

We stopped in for 2 quick’ bagels to go on our way to a ski race. No one else was in line. There were just a few people sitting at tables. After waiting 15 minutes I asked if they may have misplaced our order. I...was told ‘no’ yours should up in a few minutes. 10 more minutes and I asked if they could just put our bagels in a bag snd give us a little container of cream cheese but I guess they were finally ‘working’ on out order. A few people came in and picked up take out while we waited. I can only guess that they do one order at a time rather than throw a few bagels in a toaster while the quiche is heating up etc and that take out orders trump people in the store. If so it seems the courteous thing to fo would be to warn people that the bagels you would think might take 5-10 min to prepare will be closer to a half an hour so they can opt out if they need to be somewhere or just don’t think 25 min or more for a bagel is reasonable.More

I have been here multiple times and never been disappointed. The coffee options are extraordinary and there are numerous lunch options. Service good. Love the attached bookstore. This place is definitely worth trying!

I chose this cafe because there was a sign on the road outside of town saying a portion of the road was maintained by this cafe. I believe in community involvement. There is a bookstore inside as well as vintage-type toys. The whole area could...be better maintained, but the food and coffee were delicious. It was a good choice for a break from the road. I had a turkey and dressing with cranberries panini. I just had to try it and am so glad I did. My husband and I were very pleased with our choices. It looks more like a spot that would be on the strip near a college campus. In fact, there was one young lady inside at a table with her laptop and books, studying.More

Had excellent tea and pecan slice. We didn’t realise it was self service and just sat outside waiting for our order- so the helpful and friendly staff just did it as table service. A good range of books as well. Good to see it surviving...when it has a McDonalds, a Burger King and a Dunkin Donuts nearby!More

This place is a cozy, bookstore/cafe. The breakfast sandwich options here are terrific! Abby was one of the friendliest people I met in NH & said they could pretty much make any combo of sandwich on their menu. I had the bacon, egg & cheese...bagel sandwich kissed with some maple syrup- just perfect!More

We stopped here for coffee. It was just average. But the place is a charming bookstore and kids shop. It's a nice place to stop and relax a while taking in the New Hampshire liberal vibes.
