I am delighted to be able to say that this "go to" standby has regained its former excellence! We had a large party for dinner on Monday night and enjoyed it so much that we returned on Tuesday night! The salad bar had some new and exciting items and great variety, and it was all wonderfully fresh and crisp. This... More

Went here with a family of 5 including 3 kids. We were seated in the caboose section which was really small and stuffy and would have rather sat in the main dining area but were not given a choice. The menu had a decent selection and there were good local beers on tap. The prices were a bit high for... More

I ate the 2 ways steak tips and there were ok~ The place did not offered water if you do not asked for so I am not sure if i like that. The place was full so I have to believe that most of the people enjoy the food! So everybody should try at least once time.

Very casual atmosphere and solidly good food with generous portions. We visited on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and to say the place (along with every other establishment in the area) was busy would be a drastic understatement. In spite of this, we were seated fairly quickly and our server was attentive and prompt.

We have been there for the last ten years around Labor Day and it is now more expensive every time. The food is ok but my ribs were overcooked and you cannot have a roastbeef less than 14 ounces, which is much too big and expensive. Wine list is very limited and expensive. It is a family restaurant and we... More

Not an inventive menu by any means but great food and great ingredients. Steaks are always cooled just the way you would expect, seafood is fresh, the green beans are always outstanding. Know that sounds weird but you have got to try them.
