It was suggested to us and we were so glad we found it. We did not have reservations but they were able to seat us--by a window over looking Lake Winnipesaukee. We were amazed at the luncheon menu. Great prices. Excellent service. The food was...top notch. Boaters can park at the dock for free (if there is room). We hope to return. We eat out a lot and I usually don't give excellent but this place deserved it. Check out the pictures. I hope this helpsMore
One’s first impression is of quiet elegance with the anticipation that the prices might be on the high side. Not true. The prices were most reasonable and certainly comparable to other nearby restaurants. The menu is creative, variable and abundant. There is a child’s menu...with all the preferred items of most children. For adults there are seafood entries, beef entrees, pasta entrees and chicken entrees. There is an interesting variety of bar drinks and a decent selection of wines from around the world.More
If you are in the Lake Winnipesaukee or Gunstock Ski area, I highly recommend Lyon's Den. We travel frequently and were amazed at the quality of the dinner we enjoyed. The menu was so varied we tried to go back a second time during our...visit to the area, but they were fully booked. Can't say I was surprised, it is that good.More
What a hidden gem. I heard someone talking about it and had never been. Last night we tried it out for dinner. It was as good and even better than I could have imagined. The food was great. Service was great and I cant wait...to go back.More
The lakeside location and big picture windows provided just the right setting for My husband and I to enjoy the changing colors of October in New Hampshire. The fact that the food was delightful yet unpretentious and the service was great made for a perfect...weekend lunch. I ordered the lobster roll with warm butter and can not recommend it highly enough! Fresh and flavorful lobster piled high on a white bread roll.More
We ordered take out and had a great experience! We were ordering for 5 people and the woman that took our order was patient and understood the menu extremely well. Our order was ready in 20 minutes. When we showed up we saw some fabulous...appetizers we wanted. They graciously added it to our order. When we got home the food was packed well. It was extremely warm and perfect. Strongly recommend the jerk chicken fingers! We will be back! Highly recommend!!More
