So glad you enjoyed the salad and crab cakes - but sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the Shepherd's Pie. Usually our only "complaint" is that sometimes it's too hot. But nonetheless, thanks for the feedback and I hope we have you back again. Enjoy...More
I brought my wife here for Mother's Day dinner (we couldn't do any brunches as would be the usual) based on previous experiences here, and once again we were not disappointed. We ordered the appetizers (golden beet salad for my wife, clam cakes for me)...More
Maybe we were there on an off-night, because our experience doesn't match most of the reviews for the Palmer House Pub. The service was very good, and pub and dining room decor are great. However, none of our six meals (steak, mac and cheese, risotto,...More

Thank you for taking the time for your review. I will certainly share your experience with our chef. I appreciate that the service was good, but I hope you explained your displeasure with your server (although I don't remember any complaints coming back the night...More

Even if you are not going to a Stone Mountain concert here is a solid choice for dinner. Service is excellent. Ambiance is very warm. Seating in the pub can be crowded but on none concert nights the dining room is less so.
My husband and I have a seasonal place and try to make it to dinner here at least 2-3 times a year which we've been doing for about 10 years. We don't go often, yet it stays consistent in the quality and service as it...More

So glad you enjoy your times here at the Inn and pub!! We look forward to having you back and meanwhile, we'll let Monty know you were asking for him!
Food excellent, service excellent, atmosphere excellent.
Make reservations. Standard pub menu good, restaurant menu good, nightly specials offered. No handicap access. Suggest you eat in the pub - fun and intimate.
Can't wait to go back!More

Thank you so much for your kind words - we look forward to having you back!
As for handicap access, it's true that because of the age of our building we do not have any official handicap access. But if someone calls ahead, we can...More
