I have heard Kathleen's Cottage was a pretty good eatery, so while in the area yesterday some friend's and I thought we would give it a try. We sat outdoors which offers a comfortable pet friendly atmosphere since we were traveling with a Chocolate Lab. After being seated at a dirty table we were brought our drinks.....2 cold waters and... More

Great Food, Great Music on Friday nights. This is where the locals go. Fun place to stop if you are in the area.

Friday, May 27 7PM service was less than stellar. Waitress clearly wasn't into it. Very slow and didn't know the menu very well. The selection of beers was lacking. Food was good but it took entirely too long to get..... not a go back to place for us.

We had a great lunch. The men had Reuben sandwiches that were filled with corned beef. They had a variety of beers and the atmosphere was very pleasing.

Irish style pub, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Local brew on tap as well as your more well known Irish beers. Pub fare, and some truly excellent lunch and dinner selections. Just a word to the wise--when you go, make sure you are hungry! Generous portions.

Been coming here for a while. This is by far the Best Irish Pub around, hands down. Whether it's the food, beverage or entertainment you won't find a better place to spend an afternoon or evening.

We were just passing through and asked a local to recommend some place for lunch. We never would have found Kathleen's or tried it without the recommendation. Glad we did. The food was excellent. The service was very good, making us feel welcome amongst the regulars. The menu is vast so make sure you look at all the options. We... More

Kathleen's Cottage, once again, has been voted the best Irish pub in NH. It is a well-deserved honor. The food is traditional Irish fare at it's best. Having been to Ireland, the pub atmosphere makes you feel like you have traveled right back to the Emerald Isle. The staff are super friendly and the bar well-stocked. Be sure to go... More

Traveled to a great B&B in Bristol NH and after an 8 hour drive was looking for a quick dinner on a night most restaurants were closed. The B&B recommended Kathleen's and it was a great recommendation. The menu is extensive with the usual pub fare as well as Irish specialty dishes. The music was great and the food and... More
