We ended up here because Bethlehem has few restaurants and we didn't want to drive to Littleton. I thought the service was excellent and attentive. The food, however, was not a standout. I think they could use some updating in their menu offerings.

We were a party of four; we had recommended the Adair to friends based on a previous experience. The food was mostly ok although overpriced, except for one person's pork which was seriously undercooked. We are aware that pork can be pink but red is not acceptable. When the server was notified, the owner came over to insist that it... More

So sorry you had such a disappointing experience at the Adair last September. I understand why you were unhappy with the response you were given to the temperature of your pork entree. All guests should be able to have their dish cooked to the doneness they desire, without judgement or comment about how someone else intended it to be. We... More

I've eaten there 2 - 3 times this summer, including yesterday (Aug 6). For the first time we sat outside at a table on their back porch because it was an unexpectedly nice day plus they were going to have a large group inside. Great view: flowers & trees plus mountains in background. Food and service, as usual, was excellent.... More

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Adair Country Inn. We were celebrating my husband's birthday with our daughter's family, which included two small children. We didn't realize that Thursday is their date night special, but Cindy couldn't have been more accommodating. She set up a table for us in their living room area and it was beautiful. We... More

We ate here for Valentine's dinner. Nice place to eat but food was pricey and we noticed that the room rates (if we had stayed here) were quite steep. Service was friendly, but just so-so.

the mushroom fricassee was the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Breakfast is included- the fresh fruit combos and decadent popovers were wonderful!

At the height of the fall there a few areas that are better to enjoy this autumn spectacle and hence accommodation is often difficult to find. The Mount Washington hotel was already full when booking this trip 3 months prior but Adair had very good reviews and we were happy we chose to stay here. Everyone makes a 100% effort... More
