First time there (takeout) and I had beef and mushrooms, with a side of spring rolls. Everything was hot and delicious. They give you plenty of food. I ordered online and drove to pick it up and food was ready right away! The lady at...the cashier was very friendly. Nice place inside. Easy parking. Looking forward to trying other Chinese food and their sushi!More

We eat here all the time and the food is good. Did a large pickup order. When we got home found an expensive "Crazy roll" was missing and called store. Employee argued with me and hung up on me. I called back, he argued, he...swore at me a few times then hung up on me. Unbelievable, will never go there again.More

We are transplants from NYC and know good chinese food - grew up going to Chinatown on a regular basis. Keeping in mind that we are in NOT in a BIG city with a large Asian population, Taipei Tokyo does not disappoint. Our go-to favorites...are the wontons in hot sesame oil, the whole fish when available, lobster cantonese, lo mein, and all the Hunan dishes. Also, the sauteed dried string beans are virtuous and delish - lovely compliment to any of the previosly mentioned dishes. It's not Chinatown, but we're in New Hampshire people! Taipei Tokyo is very decent chinese food!More

Take out order this weekend was awful. Ended up throwing most of the food in the garbage! Orange Chicken was a gluey overly sweet mess (not spicey in the least), dumplings were dough balls, Pork Lo Mein was flavorless, and spring and egg rolls were...mostly greasy veggies. All the food was barely lukewarm and we only live 10 minutes from the restaurant. This place is definitely off our list.More

Stopped after a dentist appointment with the kids since it was close and seem to have good TA rating. There was some construction happening inside which did not bother me. Ordered tons of food. Some dumpling, chicken wings, general's chicken, bento box with chicken teriyaki...and spice tuna sushi. The dumplings were not really edible as whole. The outside was so thick and tasteless. Chicken wings were ok. General's chicken was ok. Teriyaki was cut into little peices and too sugary. Sushi was scary looking. They had this sauce on there which looked flouscent. Most unnatural looking food I have seen in long time. Spent too much money and left totally unhappy. Never again.More

This used to be our favorite sushi place, but several years ago things seemed to go south. Well with the latest experience, I must say “They’re Back!” I had the Yellowtail Jalapeño appetizer. It was superb. Not as spicy hot as they indicated but deliciously...large portions. My friend had the hot and sour soup which was very good. What was amazing however were the copious assortment of special sushi. My friend had the Seafood Sushi and I had the Out Of Control. Both were incredible. Mine was complex with multiple flavors and ingredients. His was crunchy and also complex with an inspired array of fish. Give this place another try. You will be rewarded.More

Oh boy! Very good green beans, pea pods, and broccoli with a garlic sauce. The General G's chicken was pleasantly appealing and tasty, but for me, the veggie lo mein stole the show! Please do yourself a $25 favor and stay away from the boneless...ah-so sauce spareribs, the seriously boring fried chicken wings, and the overcooked crab rangoon.More

We recently dined at Taipei & Tokyo 3. Server was very nice and patient. Chef went above and beyond to cater to our individual diet restrictions. They actually made us a dinner that isn’t on the menu. They went out of their way to give...us a great individualized meal and pleasant dining experience.More

Something has drastically changed here. We are long time (since they opened in 1992) customers and have probably visited for our last time. Perhaps a change in ownership sometime in the last couple of years? We used to visit at least once / week but...over the last couple of years have been tapering off to once / month. All of our last 4 or 5 times have been bad. Tonight's was terrible. General's Chicken - smaller quantities, all gristle chicken (tough, low quality) House Fried Rice - same problem with limited chicken, 2 shrimp in the entire dish, over cooked rice. Really bad. Sweet and Sour Chicken - a staple of any Chinese restaurant was terrible the last few times. This was our Go-To place for sushi, Japanese lunch/dinner boxes, and Chinese food. Simply can't afford to keep paying for poor quality food. Very sad.More
