We've been here a couple of times and really enjoy the food. It was a bit loud on our last visit - perhaps a little sound attenuation would be helpful! The tater tots are excellent, the kid's meals are a great size, and the drinks are nice. Service has generally been very good, but on this past visit, some items... More

We stopped for breakfast on our way to Mt Washington. They have "breakfast bowls"! It sounded different so we thought we would give it a try. Delicious!! Fresh meats and vegetables over potatoes with over easy eggs and cheese. It's called a yard sale breakfast bowl! It comes with some great toast made with local made breads. We will definitely... As the name suggests this breakfast spot is top notch. Food was great and large portions helped fuel us for the day. Small/medium dining room so you might have to wait a bit but the wait is worth it.

Wonderful small restaurant for breakfast or lunch. We had a great freshly prepared salad which was delicious. The interior is interesting as it is constructed using logs and has a nice overlook type of view from most of the tables. Very friendly atmosphere and good food. If in the area would stop again.

Decided to come here based on some poor reviews of other local spots. Four of us had a good cross section of the menu. 5 dollar ham eggs toast and potatoes was an excellent value. Steak bomb (steak eggs onions peppers potatoes) was tasty and filling. Breakfast risotto different and well executed. Great coffee. Great service.

Since I'm not really into pancakes and waffles, I used to subscribe to the idea that eggs is eggs for breakfast. Seems to me that whenever anyone raves about a breakfast place, they are always telling me about the sweet items like Belgian waffles and banana pancakes, so I was not excited to visit the much exalted Sunrise Shack the... The Sunrise Shack is, by far, the best place for breakfast. You get HUGE portions for a modest price but get there early because it gets crowded fast it is not unusual to see a line of people out the door. The best part of all for those of us hikers who want to hit the trail head early ---... More
