Pulled in here after we realized the Flying J wasn't a restaurant. For what you get it's over priced. I ordered a waffle and got a thin undercooked waffled, not a nice fluffy thick waffle that you would expect. My husband got a griddle and it was dry and under seasoned....just not anything special and his meal was $10!!! Whoever... More

I had breakfast here twice. It was great. The eggs Benidict were perfect. Great homemade Hollandaise and eggs cooked perfect. The restaurant is well lit with comfortable seating. Service was excellent! !!

Sid's is the homestyle cooking restaurant in Winnemucca. Food is good, consistent base fare and well done.

We stopped to eat lunch at Sid's on our way to California, and it was okay. The food was what you would expect at a mom-and-pop restaurant, but the portions were small. For example, my average-tasting Cajun chicken sandwich had a thin, maybe 2 oz., piece of meat on it, and my "cup" of split pea soup wasn't a cup... More

We enjoyed our meal at Sid's restaurant very much. I had the Country Skillet smothered in Sausage gravy and it was delicious. The food was served quickly and hot. Service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean as well. We were very pleased with both the food and the service. If we... More

On our way East out of northern Nevada we stopped to refuel our truck and tummies we stopped at Sid's in Winnamucca. The biscuits were light and fluffy the gravy was perfect. Soft boiled eggs and over easy eggs were the best. They even had fresh squeezed orange juice. Their coffee was just ok but with such great food ..... More

Park on the side by the Pig so you don't have to walk around the building. The parking spots out front are best suited to compact vehicles-my truck didn't fit lengthwise. Food was fast and hot but lacking. The pork chops needed salt, the potatoes were instant, and the garlic toast was not garlicy.

We were traveling through NV on our way to Boulder City so stopped here about 7:30pm for dinner. This is a diner-style restaurant. The food quantity was good, flavorful and enough menu choices that regardless as to your needs, there would be something you could eat. This is a family enterprise. They all seem to work very hard. The facility... More
