I think this place has a lot to offer but we went with cheeseburgers and fries and they were not anything special. The service was good and the building had character.

We stayed in Tonopah for 3 days, geocaching the ET Highway. We liked this restaurant so much, we came back three times. The waitresses are super nice and very accommodating and the food was really good, except the ribs, they were a little dry.

You can't beat the setting here. The Mitzpah is an amazing place. The Pittman carries the theme to some extent. The food was really good. We had breakfast before heading home. The staff was friendly and the prices weren't too bad consider Tonopah is in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen mixed up our potatoes. I got my wife's home... More

We had dinner and breakfast at the Pittman as part of our stay at the hotel. The restaurant is of average size and the menu is limited as to choices. However, what we ordered was fine. Hamburger is a good choice. They do have a dinner special every night. Breakfast is good, especially for anyone on the run. Breakfast prices... More

Stopped for lunch on our way from Vegas to Reno. Not many options on that drive. The Mizpah Hotel is a must see. Dates back to ~1902. All kinds of characters have stayed there over the years. The Jacuzzi / Cline family bought and restored the place in 2011. Tonopah looks like a fascinating place with all sorts of abandoned... More

We ate here both for dinner and for breakfast the next day. The food was very good; the atmosphere is casual and in keeping with the late 1800s style of the host hotel and the service is engagingly smart alecky - The staff knows its stuff and isn't fussy about it, just country charming in a very matter of fact... The Pittman Cafe is located inside the Mizpah hotel and is a good place for dinner as well as breakfast. The staff is friendly and engaging, the portions are large (especially breakfast pancakes) and the food prepared to order. Pricing is well within range for small town USA.

We have dined here at the Pittman Cafe. Food is really good & service is very attentive. Restaurant location is towards the back and is very quiet from the bar slot machine area. Makes it very nice.
