But it sure wasn't Mexican! Four diners, four different dishes...burrito, salad, tacos, etc. Nothing had any flavor at all. Salad was limp and watered down. Even extra salsa and hot sauce couldn't save these dishes. The only good part was the chips and salsa, and the overwhelmed waitress that still was fairly attentive and definitely willing to banter.

Always fun to stop here for a margarita and nachos. Dancing and some live music. A must fun stop while in south shore. We took some fun pics with Sammy this time. 🍻

It's a bar restaurant, kind of hidden on the basement level tunnel between Harrah and Harvey's casinos. Nice service. Fun atmosphere. Drinks priced for the resort.

After a few hours of playing in the casino, we headed out to find a restaurant. We've seen Cabo Wabo in different places, so decided to try it out. We had a huge corner booth with lots of room, our server had a server in training with her and they were both cordial, and the ambiance was pleasant. My hubby... More

Our waitress was nice, but overwhelmed. There were only two servers and they ran their butts off. This was clearly a staffing issue and not a server issue. We weren't impressed with the food. Three of the four of us love Mexican food and felt this wasn't anything fantastic. It would be nice if there was a mild salsa as... More

This restaurant and bar is in the Harvey's Hotel. They offer Mexican food which ranged from a very good shrimp ceviche to a pretty tasteless combination plate of a taco and enchilada. The music is pretty loud and geared to a younger crowd. The bartender was very friendly and they had good drink specials at night.

Cabo Wabo is good for the college or just out of college crowd that is looking for a lively place with loud music, cold beer, and large food portions. If you want good or exceptional food, this is not your place. Keep in mind that this is a chain restaurant and is catering to a "party" crowd, so food is... More

We stay at Harvey's Lake Tahoe often and have gone to this restaurant twice. Both times the service was sub-par, the food isn't great - and the prices are outrageous. The second time we tried it, it was taking forever to get our food. We finally flagged down a waitress and she started making excuses as to why it was... More

Cabo Wabo can be super fun, they have live music, drinks, and dancing. For some reason older people love this place and for some reason I love watching them get wasted and try to dance. Its pretty entertaining, see for yourself.

Our friends and us stayed at Harrah's and ate at Cabo Wabo which is very convenient to Harrahs. The food was good. Service was okay.
