It was ok but they need to replace their carpet And the bed was so old to sleep on We like hard bed and overall for the money they charge they better spend more money to improve their rooms

Not a bad hotel / casino, but it is very old and desperately needs some room renovations. Rooms offer great views of the lake.

We were given an "Executive Suite" on the 18th floor of the Lake View tower. We had beautiful views of both the lake and the mountains as the windows are on 2 walls. Unfortunately that was about the only beautiful thing about it. Our room was very outdated and rundown. Furniture had gouges and scratches all over, and the drawers... More

Beautiful weekend in Tahoe! I had the mountain view room. Although it was the sixth floor and looked right onto the roof of the lower level. It is however a view of the mountain. King room. Nice size, bed was comfy. Normal TV channels. Bathroom was nice. Nice tile on the shower back splash and the floor. Water pressure is... More

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the valet to housekeeping to restaurants and, of course, the casino. A really great visit!

The reason I am rating this as only Average has to do with the amenities. -There was no coffee maker in the room -The refrigerator was very small and we had to take it out of the cabinet in order to get it to work. (the heat it put off made the cabinet so hot that it could not keep... More

OMG, the filet and chicken was delicious! The 10th floor scenic view where the wedding rehearsal dinner was held added to the atmosphere!

Had what was suppose to be a free, 3 night stay in order to see a vacation ownership presentation. The accommodations were nice. We had to ask for a refrigerator, and had no microwave. We travel alot and are retired, so we prefer to eat some meals in room. Staff was great, and we enjoyed our stay. It was a... More

We decided to go to South Lake Tahoe to enjoy the mountain environment around Lake Tahoe during a smoke-filled (forest fires) and hot summer in the Bay Area. I searched on line among the plentiful deals and decided to stay at Harvey's -- where we had never been before. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, with only one... More
