Went to the Hard Rock after a concert at Harveys. There were very few people there when we got there, but then it started to fill up. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed by all the people. It was 10 pm and they have a special late night menu. We ordered a burger and fries, chickens strips and chicken wings. The... More

A little tricky to find within a large hotel complex. The Hard Rock shop being one side and the Cafe the other side of the resort. Again a little confused with Hard Rock that there was the Hard Rock hotel in the next building but the cafe was within a separate complex. The actual restaurant was quiet but that appear... More

Great food and Service! I recommend it highly. The music can be sometimes loud and distracting. But I am not a huge fan of rock music

We went here recently with a group of 16 people. Our first clue should have been that the place was empty on a Friday night. The service was very slow, and when the food arrived a very long time later, everyone's food was ice cold. From ribs, to pulled pork sandwiches to fajitas. It was really funny that they brought... Our group had a very short wait. The surrounding music memorabilia is fantastic. The service was average, but the food was excellent, I had the chicken & Mac. Very convenient location while staying at Harvey's.

I've always enjoyed visiting a Hard Rock Cafe whenever I've traveled. Although their choice of drinks and service at this establishment were not as good as others I've been to, the food was outstanding. Overall we had a great time and they have the best hamburgers in South Lake Tahoe.

Inside the Hard Rock Cafe Resort and Casino is the Fire Break Restaurant. It is the perfect lace to get a tasty lunch while gambling or exploring the resort. We started off with the Calamari appetizer and some very wonderful warm pretzel sticks. The calamari was fried and it was soft and tender. The pretzels came with a delicious cheddar... More

Description
6,225 feet above sea level in the Sierra Nevadas sits Lake Tahoe, spanning the bold state line between California and Nevada. With a leg on either side of that divide, you can bet this popular resort area has a slightly split personality. Roughly half the visitors here plan to kick back California-style on the side that bears the Golden State's name, to engage in low-key sightseeing, hiking, fishing, camping and boating, while the other half heads straight for Nevada, and all that that name heralds. Ritzy attractions, big-name entertainment and the lure of the jackpot beckon at abundant glittering casinos there, so, what? You can't decide? Ehh - don't sweat it. We've struck a happy balance for ye of many interests. The Hard Rock Cafe Lake Tahoe is located in Harvey's Resort and Casino, just 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and only 1,000 yards from Lake Tahoe itself. So whether you gamble your money in casinos or your life on the mountains, the Hard Rock Cafe Lake Tahoe is the perfect place. Our Alpine ski lodge decor makes you feel right at home if you're ready to relax, but if gaming the night away is more your style, our triangular bar in the restaurant's center features 18 video poker machines to make you feel like a real high roller. And if you've worked up an appetite from all this, you better believe you've come to the right place. Nevada Magazine rated Hard Rock Cafe Tahoe the #1 burger in the state! So step inside the Hard Rock Lake Tahoe and walk the state line for a rocking great time.
