With all of the superlatives there is little to add. Four of us did our best to eat everything we could. Service was a bit slow but the server was the only server on duty and she was more than a bit too busy. Despite that inconvenience we really enjoyed Sushi Pier. The all you can eat lunch is a... We try to get to Tahoe once a year. This is one of our favorite spots. My husband is celiac and all staff is fully aware of what he can have so he won't be contaminated. They have all you can eat lunch and you definitely get your money's worth.

This is our all time fav sushi place, in the World. Whilst we live in Australia, we make it our business to visit this place whenever in the US area. The food is just incredible and if you like sushi, you have to give it a try. The selections are so yummy and innovative. We always do the "All you... More

Craving sushi so I took the long way around driving through so Lake Tahoe to find Sushi Pier. I had eaten at 2 of the 3 other sushi restaurants in south shore over the years and reviews of Sushi Pier were high. Like my expectations. One word to sum up my experience...Yummm!!! Sat at bar. Sushi chef Kerson was great.... More

We had the all you can eat sushi for $27.95 and it was worth EVERY PENNY!! I forget our servers name but she was about 5'2" short brown hair, a slight raspy voice and amazingly friendly. She greeted our party of 6 with enthusiasm, she asked us a few questions about what we liked and then ordered everything for us... More

A small, cute place with outdoor seating. We hit the lunch and decided 2 have the all u can eat for $20.95 - dinner is $27.95. There are quite a number of lunch specials served w/soup, salad, rice & endamame. The sushi bar was packed as well as many tables and a steady flow continued while we were there. Enjoyed... More

We ate here with some friends for dinner while up in Tahoe. The food was delicious; however, when I ordered 3 sushi rolls for my daughter and I to share, I was very specific with the waitress to make sure none of the spicy sauce was used. One of our rolls came with spicy sauce on it anyway but it... More

This was our second visit to Sushi Pier. It was packed in the middle of the afternoon. Food was fresh and delicious. From the stacks of fresh fish and octopus surrounding the chefs...it is apparent they move a lot of food (always a good sign in a sushi restaurant). The crowd was mostly locals. The were understaffed but the staff... More

Wish I lived closer so I could come back whenever I wanted to. Sushi chefs were great and very talented. Great experience!
