Great Food, Crappy Service

I've been to other Juicy's locations and they've been great. The food was still great here, but the guy at the cash register was a total jerk. My rating would be much higher if it wasn't for him.

Not as good as the Wells Ave Juicy's!

This restaurant is not owned by the same people as the Wells Ave restaurant is and I can totally tell the difference. Wells Ave Juicy's is sooo much better.

Bugers, BLT and more

The last time I was there for a BLT they did not have sourdough bread at lunch time. A long time ago I came in for a good burger and the fry oil smelled rancid so my wife and I left. She has bot been back.

Waste of time and money

The man behind the counter is nothing short of a prick. Was so rude, that even had my order been free, I still would not EVER come back. After reading many other reviews here, I obviously did not catch him on a bad day. Hopefully folks read these reviews prior to spending any money at the particular location. If you’d still like to throw $30+ Away on a couple burgers, and have someone be rude to you for your patronage, let me know. I’ll do it for you for $20.

Juicys Burgers. Just went to the Juicys on Glendale. After paying my hard earned money for an order, I made the mistake of asking for ranch dressing. The owner who had his mask down under his chin came over and berated me because I didn’t know they charged for it. Very insulting and rude - and unsafe. Never going back there.

The owner is toxic and should not be dealing with the public.I went in to get a burger to go and was kicked out for having my water bottle.

The owner of this business is Unprofessional, Arrogant,Disrespectful,Cocky and just a real Tool! The worst experience I've ever had in my life at any restaurant. I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

When my young daughter is waiting for her ride and they told her it wasn’t a library to just sit there and do nothing WAS INSULTING!!!! I’m surprised you are still in business!!!!! I will be sure to tell every single soul to NEVER stop here!!!!

This man needs to be fired! Do not enter this business it's not safe

Absolutely disgusted by the manager. I unfortunately do not have his name because he wasn't even in a professional uniform. He was rude and literally chased me out the restaurant yelling over a plastic bag for 3 containers of food? I would not accept any deliveries or go in person to this restaurant! I even considered calling the cops he was so aggressive and coming around the counter yelling. I plan to make sure some serious action is taken against this man.

Disgusting personality from the owner

I went in and ordered a patty melt, the Hispanic lady decided she didn’t wanna melt the cheese the young lady who worked along side her told her to throw it back on the grill as the cheese isn’t melted the Mexican lady told her no just pass it to her and then I got that disgusting mess of an overpriced sandwich then as I’m sitting there looking at it the boss turns around and yells at the girl who seems to be the only one who knows what she is doing in there and it was the other girls fault, he had a terrible attitude and I could not believe he talked to his staff that way, lost my business and all of those I was with

Toxic environment. Never going back.

A mediocre burger is still pretty good food, but that's just me...I've had better; I've had worse. I have eaten there twice, hoping my first experience was a one-off, but I won't go back, even though it is very close by. The owner/manager is rude to everyone, customers, workers, and vendors alike. He blessed out the young cashier in front of me. She was embarrassed and humiliated. I thought she was going to cry. There are far too many burger places in Reno to support this nasty place.

Best no-nonsense hamburgers and milk shakes in Reno/Sparks

Sure you can get beets or free range pickles on your burger at some hoity-toity place, but if you want a regular old burger and fries, this place is outstanding (And better than most hoity-toity places). The fries are perfect and if you have the stomach for it, get their milk shake. Cannot be beat.

Fast food lunch business

I went there again for a BLT on sour dough. I was there at 1135 and business was steady. Their limited menu item are done well. They have hamburger, chicken burgers, BLT, etc. There is lots of extras with french fries and onion rings. They have your standard soda fountain (coke products) ans different beers. It is cooked after you order. The place is small with about 30 seats. I sat at the bar so I watched as they cooked everything on a grill over flame and a flat griddle. There was a fryer for the fries and onion rings. The food was hot when i got it which means I waited for it but there is nothing better than fresh cooked burgers and fries. This place has been here for at least 25 years and there must be a reason for that. I have seen it go through several owners. I don't go often but I will come back!

They should be closed down. Since JC Penny Outlet closed down it went down hill. The meat was old and bad. No comparison to the location on Wells which is a 10. Shut this place down fast. BAD BAD BAD
