They should be closed down. Since JC Penny Outlet closed down it went down hill. The meat was old and bad. No comparison to the location on Wells which is a 10. Shut this place down fast. BAD BAD BAD

Moved to Reno and was looking for a substitute for In-N-Out, but wanted a WHATABURGER type experience and this was NOT it. I guess they are true when they say there is NO substitute for a Whataburger #2 with cheese!
