Service at its finest

I have eaten here at Millie’s and the service is always exceptional. Most of the servers are attentive to the customer’s needs, but one server stood out completely. His name is Isidro, and he has served me a couple of times. He would approach me with a bright smile on his face, he’d make sure he’d get my order correctly and quickly. The breakfast here is really yummy too. I have several favorites- the chicken fried steak, the Benedict and the Jorge’s chorizo scramble. I don’t know if I got all the names correctly lol . But I want to say, from the bussers, the hosts, the servers, ( especially Isidro) and the supervisors, all of them are really doing a great job, Thank you for all your hard work. Keep doing well.

It is a cafe in a Casino. We had the pasta/veggie special, which came with a side salad and a scoop of gelato for dessert, for $25. The chicken in the green salad was overcooked, The pasta dish was mediocre. Gelato was good!

Great breakfast in Reno!

We always go to Millie’s Café at the Eldorado casino & Hotel in Reno, NV because the food is always excellent and the service even better! In particular, we always ask to be seated in Wendy’s area for breakfast because she is great at her job and she always makes us feel welcome! She is a delightful highlight of our weekend trips to Reno!

Thanksgiving 2022 dinner below par

Millies24 used to be a great coffee shop with excellent food matched by excellent service. Thanksgiving Dinner 2022 wasn't running at prior levels, very surprising as it was a set menu dinner. Entree sat under heat lamps for too long and mashed potatoes and yams crusted over while turkey dried out. Presentation was sloppy with uneven portions and drips. Service seemed distracted and not particularly interested in creating a good dining experience.

My wife and I dined here for dinner at the Eldorado Resort and Casino. We shared everything. We had the Chicken Schnitzel that was over cooked, very thick and it is not a Schnitzel in any way, except it came with capers, lemon butter sauce and mashed potato's. We also had the "Whole" Chicken Pot Pie, that was tiny. It came in a tin, like a small Swanson Chicken Pot Pie that you buy at the grocery store for $1.99. That was tasty, but very small. It came with a small salad. Perhaps the Executive Chef should go back to culinary school for a refresh. The service was very good. I added photos of our visit. Terrible meal.

I would like to thank Suzanne for the wonderful service that she provided. She has a great personality and it was a joy to have her take care of us. She is one in a very select few that i have in countered that could rember your complete order for all four individuals at the table on the second day,even down to the type of toast. Very impressive Sometimes a person needs to be recognized for the effort and hard work the Restuarant business demands. By the way the food was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had breakfast at Millie’s. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I like that they leave the pot of coffee at the table. I had eggs Benedict and they were missing the tanginess that hollandaise sauce usually has. Otherwise they’re were cooked fine. My husband had breakfast tacos and liked them.

Grease Bomb Sandwich

It's a casino coffee shop and looks like one. Not very busy. I wanted to like it, but my BLT was a grease bomb, uncooked bacon that had not been drained and the bread was slathered with greasy mayonaise. Hard to eat. Had to complain.

Good Value, Good Food and Great Service

Great place for quick, no lineup breakfast or lunch to refuel. Good selection of items and staff are great and very attentive. This place really appreciates your business...making tipping so much easier. I would say its your go-to place for breakfast in the Row - high marks from a basic coffee and toast to a full Denny's gram slam with extra bacon. They have all bases covered.

Decent Breakfast

There was no wait, which, as a group of eight, surprised us at 9:00 on a Sunday morning! The service was pretty good and the food came quickly. The food was pretty standard and a bit over priced, but it IS in a resort/casino. My wife said her eggs benedict was very good. I have no real complaints. I'd eat here again, I'd just get something else!

Good Place for Lunch

This coffee shop is open for breakfast and lunch on some days. My lunch was excellent, service pretty good, but they sat me next to the kitchen and the banging dishes were annoying. In the end it's a casino coffee shop.

This place has a casino coffee shop interior and menu. It actually hasn't been updated in decades. My sandwich was greasy, disappointing, even though I asked for the bacon to be crispy, it was soggy and greasy. The service was very good.

Worth a return visit.

The food was delicious and service was fast, but what made our experience worth a review was the service. Our server was Donny. He was polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome like our service there was genuinely appreciated. We were there for my daughters birthday and he made sure to make it special for her. I don’t know if you will see this Donny but thank you for a memorable visit.

Not great food

We went here with my family. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. It wasn't very good. The hash browns were undercooked and they were also placed under the tortilla shell. The Ranchero sauce needed more flavor. It was also very large. My husband had bacon with his dish & one of the pieces was just about raw. He normally likes his bacon a little less done, but this was too rare for him.

Slow service. Ok food

We went for breakfast while we were staying at the circus circus. We were seated right away and had our drinks almost immediately but, the waiter didn't come to the table for 10 to 15 minutes after that to take our order. We got our food and the best I can say it was ok. Hash browns were greasy. Eggs had uncooked whites. Not the best.
