We went in on a busy weekend no reservation no vip and Grisdely the manager help us get in quick. The host Jaci help us get a table fast and she was amazing. The sever khalid quickly came by to get our drinks and he...was very attentive. The food was amazing the service was good. I would definitely back for the food and great service.More

The dinner was average, but way over priced! The setting was poor and we had to wait 20 minutes after weighting in line! If you like to spend money on average service and food this would be your place to go!! I would never eat...there again. The worst dinning experience!!!More

We feel really welcomed by the staff Naran Wenger, Delfina and Tony! The food is fresh, variety of salad bar, Mexican, Asian, Seafood and American. The smoked pastrami and BBQ rib are outstanding. Desserts are amazing!

thank goodness we got two free dinners, the food was low quality and not worth the price we would have had to pay. I would not go there again.

From the moment we paid the service was subpar. The lady taking the money refused to run my rewards card even after I told her twice that I was a higher tier than the color of the card. Even if I wasn’t I should have...had the rewards card ran for the 3% dining credit. So basically I was charged $80.00 more than I should have been. After we were seated I ordered a drink and was told it would be $10. I handed over my debit card and reward card, the server handed the reward card back to me and said…it is going to take too long to run the rewards card and requested I just use my debit card only. I refused and told him to run the rewards card…the drink was completely comp’d as I had plenty of comp points to cover it. So if you don’t mind literally arguing with the staff then it will be a great experience as the food was decent.More

My husband and I went there tonight for their seafood night as our date night. It was $49.99/per person, for a total of $108.60 for the two of us. Thankfully we had reservations as the wait line without reservations was very long. With reservations, we...waited maybe 8 minutes total. The Good: The Prime Rib was wonderfully cooked and had a really nice flavor to it. The Smoked Brisket was also extremely flavorful and cooked perfectly. The Mussels were devine, with a delicate sauce that paired nicely with them. The Crab Cakes and Lobster Ravioli were also very nice and had great flavors. The regular cheesecake was creamy and appropriately sweetened without being too sweet. The Coconut tart was light, creamy, and a true treat. The ceviche was fresh and a nice balance of flavors. The Bad: The Crab. They served both Dungeness and Snow Crab and they had hot and cold versions. The hot version of the Snow Crab was both extremely salty and mushy/stringy. If you managed to get more than a 0.25in piece out of the shell, it tasted powerfully salty and had the texture of oatmeal. The Dungeness Crab wasn't salty but it also lacked any discernable flavor. While the texture was nicer, it had a lot of weirdly grey pieces that didn't look particularly appetizing. I don't necessarily fault the restaurant for that as it may be who they're sourcing it from, but it was still off-putting. The shrimp skewers also lacked any type of flavor as well. The enchiladas were bland, as was their taco meat. The taco cheese resembled that of something you get from a can at the supermarket. Steer clear from the sugar-free apple cheesecake. I've had this before now from their buffet and I'm not sure what happened, but it was like eating floury-chalk. It was highly unpleasant. Overall, the parts that were good were very good, but the parts that were bad were noticeably bad. While there were very good parts to the meal, I honestly struggle to say it's a meal worth $49.99 per person, especially with such problems occurring with the star of the meal. If you can catch their Sunday-Thursday buffets, I'd highly recommend that as you'd get most of the good parts, but without spending extra for Crab that at this time, was disappointing. I'd be willing to try it again in the future because it could be they were having an off night. I'm hoping that next time we go, it will be much more worth the price because as of now, I cannot say that I feel we got our money's worth.More

I've heard so many people say Toucan Charlie's is the Best Buffet in town. I always had my doubts but tonight I had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived Cashier Cat greeted us with a warm smile explained to us all of the...discounts they offer. Once we paid the host Sumit got us seated right away. Our server Khalid and Martin had our drink refill in no time! Our busser Bradley and Tim picked up our dirty dishes and trash off our table in a glimpse of an eye! The food was amazing the Cajun Salmon was the best! Everything about this Buffet is great! It really is THE BEST BUFFET!More

Me and my family enjoyed all your food especially the cotton candy. Our sever Nidia and busser Damaso gave us 5 star service. We love your snow crab and will recommend to everyone. A little expensive, but we love to eat so it is worth...it. Do not like the 2 hour max dining because we go here to hang out and are slow eaters. Other then that 5 stars Atlantis! Great job!!!More
