Stayed near airport and just wanted a reasonably priced burger. Had two bacon burgers with large fries and drinks for just under 30 bucks. Food was very good. We accidentally left our backpack under the table. When we realized it, we called, and the front counter person said she found it. We picked it up intact in about 5 minutes. Excellent, honest customer service.

My husband and myself we live just around the corner. We have wanted to try and we are happy we did. Reno wasn't opened yet. We felt very safe. The burgers tasted good and we enjoyed French fries also. This is worth what you get. Staff worked hard. Clean inviting and just plain good.

My French fries got done first & they set them out and let them get cold. The burger wasn’t done so they just sat out. They need to figure out how to keep them warm.

We stopped at the restaurant and ordered 4 burgers and fries and milk shakes we had to wait for about 40 minutes and when we got the food it was so awful that we had to throw it out the meat was burnt and horrible the tomatoes were so dry and the shakes were runny I know for sure that we will not be going back there again and we won't tell anyone about it unless it's too tell everyone how bad it was.

The food is cooked fresh and my order is always done right service is good sometimes a bit messy but theyre always busy so you cant blame them

The place itself is uninspiring but generally clean, although an employee was beating a rug inside just before we left (really?). Hamburgers are fresh and tasty. French fries are great! You have to have some patience, but that may be because all is made fresh to order. Not cheap, but not expensive either. Worth trying, but not worth making a detour for.

I ordered food online Saturday, 12/22/18. I was called back a few minutes later and told that there were no drivers. The woman told me I would be issued a refund. When there was still no money in my account a few hours later, I called back. The woman told me it would take 2-3 days. I asked to speak to a manager, as I was very upset: I had used the last of my money for this order, having budgeted the next few days before my payday. The person in charge (not the actual manager) did nothing to help me and didn't even take down my information until I asked him to. Today makes 5 days, and there is still no money back from you! I did not count the weekend, or Christmas day, so I feel that this is a reasonable amount of time to wait. This entire problem could have been avoided had you TAKEN DOWN THE DELIVERY OPTION FROM YOUR WEBSITE SINCE YOU KNEW YOU HAD NO DRIVERS!

I don’t think there are words to describe how delicious the burgers are here. This was by far the best burger I have ever had. The bun is average size, but dense and soft so it can soak up all the “juicy goodness”. I ordered the 1/3lb cheeseburger with bacon. It came to me hot and perfectly cooked, a nice medium pink in the middle. They don’t skimp on the lettuce, tomato or onion slices either.
If you are in Reno, you HAVE to check this place out.

Really good hamburger and fries! Loved the '60's music! We ate inside because it was too windy to eat outside, but it looked like a great place to eat and peoplewatch.
Oddly, though, in the Ladies Room, the toilet seat covers container is placed high on the wall. If you are in a wheelchair, you will need some help reaching it. Who thought this was a good place to put it?

Juicy's is a really good burger place to eat at and I love a good cheese burger. My wife grew up in Reno and knows all these little nuggets to eat at and they are really great, locals know about them but visitors and tourists get robbed by not knowing they are close to the down town and casino area... They do deliver...and the food is hot...
We were pressed for time and so I wanted a burger and we stopped in at Juicys...and i built my burger how I like them and it was great the fries are excellent and free refillable cokes...great menu and great food...

No Frills good burgers. Cooked-to-order third of a pound with cheese $6.75. Very juicy the onion was great. 50s music.

I hosted my group of friends visiting for Ho August Nights, the ratings were unanimous; Juicy's burger is giant and very tasty, but the fries are the best we have ever had anywhere!
The facilities and atmosphere are not up to par, but if you just want a great burger and super fries, this is the place to go!
My wife (a fine dining type) always requests at least one time to eat at Juicy's when we are in Reno!
I like the double cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap......the crew is happy to make it !

I had received a coupon from television station KVIE (PBS) for $7, equating to buy one cheeseburger, get one free. When I presented it to the Juicy's on Wells Avenue, they told me they had no agreement with KVIE. So, instead, I ordered one cheeseburger with a side of French fries and a side of coleslaw (everything is sold separately). The French fries were excellent as was the coleslaw, nicely shredded with a good crunch. The dressing was served on the side so one can incorporate the amount they desire. I don't think the burger's meat itself was anything special, but overall, the cheeseburger was very good, though the bottom bun was icy-cold, just removed from the walk-in. I'm still looking for the perfect burger. Any leads?
