Very delicious meal (simply grilled chicken). This is my second time for eating at this restaurant. The service was great. Our waiter was very engaged with us. Great dining experience!

The steaks and bbq are of good quality and taste. But, the service is lacking. I was in at 5:30PM when they weren't so busy and stood waiting for 5 minutes while the hostess and several waiters were discussing god knows what. Then when seated one waitress told me that I was going to be having a trainee waiter. Come... More
a group of us (20) called and had reservations.... Upon be seated in a group the waiter came in not happy about having a large group.. and wanted to argue with about half of us asking for separate's checks... When we made the res. we were told not a problem.... The waiter was so rude all 20 of us got... More
This was the first Claim Jumper we visited many years ago, and it was fun to return. Reno has grown up around this location, which seemed to be on the periphery of Reno on our first visit. The food is always good and the menu selections are varied with something for every taste. I ordered the BBQ chicken mini pizza... More
My Supervisor was in from Texas. We wanted to have lunch and conduct a little business. They greeted us at the door took us to a booth of our choice. The waiter was very pleasant. He waited on us and did not interrupt us while we conducted business. My supervisor ordered a Caesar Salad, which looked very good. I ordered... More
It has been awhile since my last visit here. I now remember why. The service was excellent but the food was very average. I had the ore's cart ( pork baby back ribs , tri tip and the beef ribs). All the ribs were barely warm and I got 4 small thin slices of tri tip The soup ( clam... More
My husband and I like to come in and have the calamari appetizer but usually end up selecting a full meal. Since we're seniors, it's always nice to be able to take some home for another meal. Know it's a good place to take visitors, too!
Large group of kids and parents arrived here on a busy Saturday night and they were so helpful friendly and accommodating. Our waiter even gave us separate checks! Some of the kids had no idea what to order and the waiter was very patient. Drinks were refilled frequently and the salads and appetizers were all correct which was amazing given... More
I haven't visited the Claim Jumper in years, and now I wish I hadn't waited so long. The service was phenomenal, fast and friendly. The menu is huge, but our server was very helpful in sorting through the options. We ultimately chose the chicken pot pie - which my wife said was the best she ever had - while I... More
I was in Reno on business and I absolutely despise cigarette smoke, so I did not want to eat at a casino. Stopped at this restaurant I was very pleasantly surprised how beautiful it was on the inside. A log cabin feel with beautiful rustic Decore. Drinks and desserts were to die for. Meal was average. Service was slow considering... More
