When the manager of a restaurant comes over to my table to apologize and comp our meal I know that: 1. I'm sorry I ever came here. 2. I'll never make this mistake again. 3.I feel compelled to warn people that this restaurant is an overrated, inconsistent, overpriced waste of time. I don't like chain restaurants anyway because nobody working... More

Had to stop at PF Chang to try some asian cuisine. Surprisingly, it tasted pretty good. We had the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli and Asian Chicken Salad.

Go early for happy hour. Good wine and beer prices. Several good small plate choices. I like the lettuce wraps and the fried dumplings (pot stickers). You can also get gift cards from Costco to get $100 for only $80.

We started with edamame and requested no salt, but the first order showed up salted so they had to redo it. The hot & sour soup was the only decent part of the meal as it was flavorful and filling. My salmon was overcooked and dry and my husband's chicken was deep fried nuggets and nothing else. The whole meal... More

This was my first time here. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Lettuce Rolls and fried green beans. Wow. Were they good. For dinner I had the Chang's Spicy Chicken and Lo Mein. What a delicious dish. Perfectly served and had a great taste. Washed it all down with a nice Sam Adams Cold snap. Will return... More

This is a beautiful, clean and fresh property. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and kind. Our food was beautifully prepare, well seasoned, and delish. It was served with a smile. The portions are large. We ordered appetizers for our main dishes and were filled. Our daughter finished off a huge bowl of "egg drop soup" by herself (it would... More

We stopped here for dinner after a concert. We were promptly seated and our waitress brought our waters very quickly. I ordered the Spicy Mongolian Beef, but requested that they done down the heat. My wife ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Jicama tacos, there was nothing on the menu about "Spicy", but they were so spicy that neither of us... More

Stopped by for lunch on the way to the Reno airport. Told server we had a plane to catch and he was a flash bringing our delicious, always consistent lunch. The restaurant was filled. Terrific service. Good hot dishes. A wonderful dining option.

I have been to several P.F. Chang's in several states and they are typically uniform in service and quality. However this one was far below my expectations, the service was slow and the food was not good. We waited for over an hour to be seated and then watched others who were seated after us served their meals before us.... More
