My wife and I dined here for lunch and both the service and food were excellent. I had the matzo ball soup (the best since I left Miami) and my wife tried the Greek Salad, also excellent. The server (Crystal I believe) was very attentive asking us if this was our first time and described several menu items to us. Definitely a must for lunch.

My friend and I had just dropped the kids off at the arcade and wanted to grab a bite to eat. We found our way to the Manhattan deli and were seated in Dee’s section. We split a salad and sandwich and she had the kitchen split it on separate plates for us. The Cobb salad was amazing and the club sandwich was huge! Even for the half sandwich ! All-around great food and great service!!

I came in looking for a good Reuben sandwich. My entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. The servers (Billi) was fun and attentive and brought my food out on a hot plate. When I saw the size of my sandwich I was blown away. This deli does not skimp in the portion sizes! I was only able to eat half of my sandwich and have to say it was literally the best reuben that I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend going to the Manhattan deli. The restaurant was clean and it is an open restaurant setting so you can see what is happening in the casino but the noise does not carry over into the restaurant. This is an A plus rating for me and I am excited to return to see what other gems the restaurant has to offer!!!

I ordered 3 meals to go. While waiting for my order a woman returned to complain about things left out of her order. The Manager happened to be there so she addressed him. She said she had been there three days and three times and although specific with what she wanted in her orders They were all incorrect. The manager sort of shrugged his shoulder and offered nothing to her by way of apology. Nothing regarding the fact that she had to leave her food in her room and come all the way back down stairs go get what she asked for. Very poor response from a manager. Soooo I knew I would need to check my order for accuracy.
There were 2 cashiers, one went in the back and added a fresh order to the 3 already sitting there and proceeded to continue her chatting with other cashier. I had to interrupt them because they literally ignored me. I asked if the order was mine and after checking it was. I was sitting 6 away The whole time waiting but anyway I asked For a second bag to separate orders in. I then checked the orders for accuracy. The 2 orders with pastrami sandwiches were literally thrown into the boxes. They were smashed to one side and completely unrecognizable as a sandwich. All I can say is that was one pissed off chef who took out his anger on those sandwiches. The chicken salad was ok and well packed EXCEPT there wasn’t any banana nut bread included. The cashier standing closest did grudgingly get it for me when I brought it to her attention. They moved away obviously done with dealing me.
While my orders were technically correct they were a disaster. There wasn’t napkins, silverware or condiments in the bag and the cashiers were unresponsive. Amazing lack of service in a casino that bent over backwards just a few years ago.
Another note - the women’s restroom had 5 plugged up and disgusting toilets in a row. I found a usable one before I had to check further. It literally was like being in a bad gas station bathroom.
Check your orders folks! If you’re not in a hurry and not worried about what the chef might do to your food return it and have it remade. Don’t expect cleanliness in this casino. They may wipe down the slot machines but let everything else go.

My wife and I ordered two sandwiches two share. They were overpriced at around $15 now. My meatball sandwich was very small for the money. My wife's turkey sandwich was super plain with no lettuce, tomatoe, peppers, pickles, onions, cheese or anything else you would expect on a $15 sandwich. They did put two little slice of avacado with a $2 upcharge of course. The gal that took our togo order asked if we wanted fries or potatoe salad for a side. I asked if we could get a small green salad instead since the potato salad is awfull and we are trying to eat healthier and didn't want fries. She said no problem, but failed to tell us there was going to be an upcharge of $4 per salad! $15 sandwich and you cannot substitute a salad instead of fries when they are the same price on the menu anyways?! So here we are out the door for around $40 for two mediocre sandwiches. This place used to be the bomb back in the day with huge delicious affordable sandwiches you could actually split! Unfortunately the place has gone down hill quick! We will got back to the Peppermill Sportbook deli from now on. Too bad because we were starting to like the Atlantis.

Had three dinners there while working in town. BLT sandwich two nights and the Chicken soup the last night. The soup absolutely hit the spot (I'd been craving it since earlier in the day). Sandwiches are large and fresh - most often when I'm in town and eat there a half sandwich and soup does perfect.
Staff is always very kind and helpful, most often at the table with drink refills before even asking.

I was visiting Reno with my family and we specifically sought out this place on Wednesday for their delicious cream of mushroom soup. Best cream of mushroom soup I’ve had! I also ordered the Chicken Parmesan and was excellent! The service from Heavenly was wonderful and I was incredibly impressed by the alertness and attentiveness of their manager. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Reno.

The waiter took about 10+ minutes to acknowledge us,then after asking for our drink order she went off to help someone else. We waited a good 20 minutes to get out drink we ordered then. Another server brought us our food, the food was good but again we were not asked how our food was or if we need anything. We finish our meal and watch the server run around but not bring our bill. A nice lady came by and got our plates. Finally after 30+ minutes my husband asked another server if we could have our bill. After our server heard us ask for a bill she stops at our table and asks if we want cheesecake and after saying no just the bill. she hands over the bill. To say we are NOT impressed. She takes our bill with credit card and goes to another table ???? EXCUSE ME!!!! We finally got our card back and did not leave a tip or nothing and we will not be back again.
Husband only got 1 small cup of coffee and it was $4.00!!!

We recently chose the Manhattan deli for lunch based on the reviews from Trip Advisor, and it was the favorite lunch of our trip. Our friendly waitress, Crystal, helped with suggestions. I ordered the delicous chicken soup ($7) and a side of yummy banana bread ($3). My husband and son split a huge reuben sandwich with potato salad. No extra charge for sharing, and it was served on 2 plates. They both declared it the best reuben they've eaten.

On September 30th of 2022 I had a dine in order of liver and onions, and a large to go order. The liver and onions had only two small slices of liver, and four slices of bacon, which is less than half the size of this meal for the last ten plus years. The rack of lamb to go order was $36.00, and had only 3 lamb ribs! The pastrami sandwich ended up being a turkey sandwich when we got home and unwrapped it. I checked the to go order before I left Manhattan Deli and found that the apple pie was missing. Server got me a pie. I have been dining at Manhattan Deli for over ten years and I am very disapointed with the service, price hikes, and new half portion meal sizes. A manager was not available to talk to before I departed.

The menu has everything and we enjoyed eating here several time. The fish and chips, salad trio and soups are wonderful. We also ordered items to go, like the turkey dinner and hard boiled eggs. We loved the service every time, and we can't wait to go back.

Enjoy lengthy choices of NYC deli items here in Reno. It’s not New York (often imitated never duplicated) but it did allow for an enjoyable lunch for my guests.steak subs, corned beef sandwiches and thick fries kept us happy. What, no pickles!?!

We both ordered Pastrami on Rye Bread and were surprised the meat was dry and the Rye tasted and felt stale. It was crumbling when you picked it up. We had only heard great things about this Hotel and were sadly not impressed with this restaurant.

Hands down best damn rueben in town. Ryan's saloon ranks #2 in my opinion. Super tender corned beef cooked in house, on marble rye and huge. Could easily feed two people. All sandwiches should be judged on bread and internal quality which this delight passes both test easily.
All of the salad side options are tasty and fresh. Cream cheese coffee cake dessertish thingy is the bomb if you have the belly room left.
Customer service is quick and friendly. Not the cheapest casino-linked food option but well worth the money. If you happen to stop by the Manhattan deli for this one review I jotted down then you're welcome.

Dont order the grilled Turkey. Just Turkey and bread. Minestrone soup was awful. I've never had broccoli and cauliflower in it before. On top of all that we waited for almost an hour since they gave out our order. Then out our cheesecake was put on the bottom so it was hot and smashed when we went up to the room. Definitely wont be returning here and feel like I wasted my money. Husband liked his pastrami
