I go here a lot because I really enjoy the atmosphere and cats. Staff is amazing and the drink are really good. I get green tea pomegranate, boba, or mulled tea. I recommend this place to people that enjoy cats and a chill atmosphere

I took my team of 12 here and they just had the best time. They work in customer service, and this was the best experience to give them some relaxing time in the middle of their workday. The cats have a perfect set up where they can get away from people if they want to, but most were very social and enjoyed all the attention. The place seems to be well maintained and clean, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My team wants to go back again, which we will definitely do!

The Enchanted Cat Cafe is just amazing! The owner was so helpful, the cats and kittens were adorable. Wifi had a string connection, the swag is amazing. You have to visit this one of a kind cat hangout! The cats were so cute and they love to be pet and they sit in your lap. Amazing gem for Reno

Unfortunately not a great experience at all for myself and my 8 year old. I wish we would have known. Some of the cats are very stand off-ish and don't want to be petted etc. (Totally fine, but I think most fell in that category after they introduced us) One swatted at my daughter's face and scratched her right under her eye. It was deep enough to bleed and scared her to death. They said after that, if a cat is flapping their tail around they are over stimulated, we had no idea, as my daughter was gently petting her. They are very honest and say, do not interact with certain cats but seemed like most of them fit in that category. The "kittens" which you pay extra for or not kittens, more like young cats. The "cafe" is Costco drinks and snacks being re-sold. More like vending machine food and drink.

My friend and I had the best time at the cat cafe. We met up after not seeing each other in awhile and it was so calm and relaxed and we got to pet cats! I really liked their chai latte and the fact they offered alcoholic beverages.
Baby girl was my favorite. So spunky! I like forward to coming here again!

The Enchanted Cat Cafe is so amazing, the atmosphere is like the title suggests.. Enchanted! They have wine, beer, coffee. Tea, soda’s and snacks for a quick treat before entering the car lounge. The cats are so friendly and don’t miss the opportunity to add on the kitten cottage! They have so much merch that is all cat themed. You should buy your coffee beans here.. delicious blend.

Such an amazing place! Had to go twice in one week so I could share the amazing experience with all of the lovely kitties! I highly recommend stopping in whenever you get the chance. There are so many options for beverages and snacks, not to mention the cats! The owner and her mom are so lovely. Very educated on all of their kitties and the care and love is definitely shown! I will absolutely be back!!
