We visited Red Bloom for their lunch specials as returning guests after a memorable dining experience last summer. Our second visit did not disappoint. Their lunch menu offers fun options for a great value. Our server, Christopher, was gregarious and eager to please. He graciously...shared recommendations for each course and went into vivid detail when we had a moment of indecisiveness. The egg drop soup was delicious and comforting; the General Tso's chicken was flavorful, albeit not as spicy as indicated. When it was time for dessert we shared Christopher's favorite: a scrumptious rice pudding that evoked creme brulee with its burnt sugar drizzle and rich creamy decadence. The service never fails to wow with their genuine bent on hospitality. And dining at Red Bloom is an experience, made perfect with the little touches like house made almond brittle and a lovely (edible?!) purple flower garnish on our generous dessert. We shall return next summer as well for Red Bloom has won our affections.More

not really wanting to indulge in the buffet so tried this place which is right next to the aforementioned. Greeted and seated promptly...service was attentive and the food ordered came out in a reasonable amount of time...prices are very reasonable as well...will stop again when...in the area for sureMore

This is a warm and nice place to go! My meal of General Tso Chicken was toned down on the spices but still really delicious and it came with delicious egg drop soup! I also had hot green tea. The service is wonderful and it...would be a nice place to go for lunch or dinner! I totally recommend this Red Bloom!More

My wife and I came in Red Bloom during midafternoon to have our favorite dishes Dimsum. We first try out Red Bloom in the beginning ( Jan 2021) and it did not meet our expectations. We decided to give it a second try and hope...for the best since we don’t want to drive to a Vegas or San Francisco just to fix our craving. We got seated quickly and our server Phoi gave us a walkthrough of the menus. We ordered pork and shrimp sui mai and shrimp har gaw. They were freshly steamed and delicious! After we shared an order of Korean short rib on the big plate, the beef was tender and the flavor was on point that I kind of regret sharing a plate. While enjoying our meal and watching around my wife and I realized there were about 8-9 table there with us with only one server! But to our amazement server Phoi managed to care for every tables with great service, efficiently, and with lot of care. We watched her, and she remind me like an energized pin ball, bouncing from one tables to the next with confidence and calculated movements. Now we know why she’s the only server there, she managed. Since I am a restaurant owner myself, at the end of the meal I even offered her a position at my restaurant if she ever want to try it out. It’s very difficult to find hard working person like her now days. Keep it up the great work Red Bloom, the foods and service had improved drastically!More

I recently went to Red Bloom during the Lunar New Year celebration at Atlantis. My waitress was Phoi, and she was great. She was attentive and always available when I needed something. She constantly checked up on me and answered any questions I had about...the menu. The food was excellent and I can’t wait to go back! I’m glad there is now an Asian restaurant to try at Atlantis. If you go, I definitely recommend you ask to be seated in Phoi’s section!More

My family went to red bloom during the Lunar New year and went in to eat at Red Bloom to celebrate the holiday. Phoi, our waitress introduced the soup dumplings and the dim sum plater, it sound delicious that we have to give it a...try. There were plenty of food and the service from phoi was excellent and in a timely, friendly manner. Will be back!More

I have been here about six times for various meals. It is always excellent. We went there for Lunar New Year to enjoy the dim sum platter and soup dumplings. It was delicious. The fried rice here is the best we’ve found in the four...years we’ve been in Reno. The service is always good and the staff is friendly.More

Honestly can’t go wrong with Red Bloom! Everything about it had met my expectations. Came on a busy night, yet everything was done promptly. My server Phoi was excellent, she was very friendly and attentive and made sure my friend and I were taken care...of. This time I ordered the shishito peppers and the Thai coconut curry tofu ramen; both very delicious! I will definitely be coming back again soon. :)More

Went to Reno for an overnight trip. Looked up Asian restaurants in Reno and Red Bloom in Atlantis came out as highly rated. We were sat quickly as it wasn't busy. We were served water/drinks quickly as well. Our server Phoi was so professional, calm...and helpful. I have never felt this kind of five star service in years. Since it is CNY weekend, Pho recommended their dumpling sampler which got very good choices. Me and my partner shared beef ramen. I asked for an extra bowl, but Phoi was gracious enough to split the serving into two. She asked if we wanted the dishes served one a time. This was very thoughtful too! We had them serve it altogether. Oh we had coffee and tea and it was served nicely. The beef ramen is good too! I wasn't expecting this kind of service at this place. I was thinking of it as like a normal Chinese restaurant. But Phoi's service is 5 star. I am glad we met her!More

Our server Karen was amazing, this was the first time we came in and did not know what to order. Karen was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended us the vermicelli noodles and also the pork belly ramen. The dishes are very tasty and...filled us up. As for Karen, top notch service, attentive and well spoken, out of all places I have been to, she was the one that made us feel comfortable and gave us a good laugh here and there. Ask for Karen!!!
