I came to the steakhouse in celebration of my sister graduation with my family. The food was absolutely incredible, the depth of flavor from the diversity of sauces, balanced contrast, crust on the meat, freshness of the oysters, and the drinks were great. Logan and...Juan gave us such great service that I have not had in a long time. Logan was so knowledgeable of menu items and his overall presence was such a pleasure to have. Juan was very attentive and incredibly kind as well. What a great team! If I could afford it, I'd come every week!More

Made reservations a week in advance for a birthday dinner, we were promptly seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant near the main entrance. We requested a booth and were told “they’re all reserved”, only 3 out of 12(?) were occupied. After...telling them again we weren’t happy they begrudgingly moved us to a nice quiet corner booth. We were told ‘we should have requested one in the reservation’ but I didn’t see that option, only if this was for a special occasion which I noted. Not off to a good start. On the other hand, our server Alex was awesome, great personality and took super good care of us. The food? Somewhere between okay and good. We both ordered filets which were cooked perfectly but under seasoned and not as tender as we’ve had at other high end steakhouses. The ‘prepared at your table Caesar’ was mediocre at best. The saddest commentary is other than being wished a happy birthday by our server, nothing special was done for my wife’s birthday. Nothing. We won’t be back.More

My girlfriend and I visited the Atlantis Casino a week ago on a trip down to Reno. After playing a few rounds of slots we decided to try out one of the restaurants in the Casino. We settled on Atlantis Steakhouse and let me tell...you I’m so glad that we did. Although they recommend a reservation we were able to get in quickly as a walk in. The staff was genuinely so nice and accommodating. Our waiter Kamel was honestly one of the best waiters I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us many recommendations. He consistently checked in on us, making sure we had everything we needed. My girlfriend ordered the Steak Diane which is prepared table side. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Mark who prepared it for her. Watching him cook was definitely a huge highlight of our night. He was so sweet and chatted with us the entire time he cooked. The food was absolutely delicious. After the meal they give you a complimentary coffee cake with your check. Let me tell you those are amazing as well. Atlantis steakhouse is a little pricey but the price tag is worth the phenomenal service and food you will get. I would 1000% recommend Atlantis Steakhouse to any friends visiting the Reno area. Thank you again Kamel and Mark for such amazing service!More

What a pleasure and surprise! In Reno for business and just made this reservation. Logan and Mika were GREAT servers. Started with the oysters - Wow. They were fresh and tasty! The Chef stopped by the table to talk and we enjoyed the conversation and...attention. The French Onion soup was made with real bones and was not overly sweet. My wife had the lamb and it was done to perfection. But the big surprise was Baked Alaska for the Anniversary dessert, compliments of the restaurant. We never had that before and we are from Alaska - my wife is an Inupiat! (Eskimo). So that was a real treat!More

Everything was delicious from the starters to the main course. Service was top notch as well. Drinks were A1. Had that privileged thang with a delicious cheesecake. The hospitality of the servers was bussin bussin, on God, no cap. Thank you Logan and Mika for...making our anniversary scrumptious. Would eat here alone.More

We had dinner for four and three of us all ordered the Chilean Seabass which was very good. Before, we had the house dinner salad which was one of the best we have ever had. Reyanna and Kim were great servers.

Our son moved to Reno for his first big career move and we wanted to take him somewhere special to celebrate. It was wonderful. The ambience there is elegant and seems extra special. We sat in a booth that was very plush. We had 2...servers that gave us incredible service - friendly and efficient. The wine list was good and the cocktails were delicious. The appetizers, main meals and dessert were incredible. I had the Steak Diane and it was fun to have that made at the table. My husband got the special which was a surf & turf meal that was incredible. Overall, it was a super experience - expensive, but you got your money's worth.More

such a lovely place, and you can feel safe there as the tables are a reasonable distance apart and the entire facility has UV running through the ducting to kill virus. The decor is delightful, and our server Alex was very personable, while still being...professional. The food, while expensive (understandable for the quality of ingredients) was perfectly prepaired with a nice presentation. And of course the high point was the Coffee Diablo, prepared tableside, for desert.More

My husband and I visited here for our anniversary and the experience we got was amazing! We went with the ahi tuna and steak Diane. Both the dishes were exceptional and the table side preparation was something to be seen! Our server Kamel was very...kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He really made us feel extremely special and we are definitely coming back when we visit Reno again. Definitely a 5 star experience!More

Enjoyed our dinner at the steakhouse tonight. Our server Alex was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just over all spectacular. We brought a bottle of wine and were impressed with the Wake Up Wine decanter. The food was exactly what we have grown to expect……perfect in...every way. Will be back soon.More

My wife and I went here for the first time on a spontaneous weekend trip to Reno. The service (especially from Kamel) was superb and the food was equally excellent. The prices for the quality of food and service here are very good. I had...a bison tenderloin with a blueberry compote which was absolutely delicious, and my wife had prime rib which even though we were dining late in the evening they still had a good medium rare piece for her. We will definitely come back again when we're in Reno!More
