You get to custom build your selection at the counter. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, salads and on somedays tamales. The ingredients are all top notch. We especially like Saturday's shrimp taco special, it is very good. A good alternative is the pork burrito. We have yet to be let down after several visits. They have a friendly staff and a clean... I went to Cafe Rio, located at 7664 W. Lake Mead Blvd. The restaurant was empty at exception of one guest eating and one on line, this guest waiting on line had a huge order ... $157.00 worth of food. I was next on line. Since the restaurant is an open kitchen, all the employees are able to see guests... More

I love their menu much better than Chipotle! Food is also better to me. My favorite are their salads. If you like Chipotle, I really feel you would also like this place. They have a few more choices on their menu and my family loves their burritos wet/ enchilada style. They are more busy every time I come but worth... More

This place is great! The food is all fresh. Everything is made there, even the tortillas. Great selection of dishes. They mostly have taco salads, enchiladas, burritos, & soup. You do have to stand in line to order and pick up food. It's good to go when they are not too busy so you don't have to wait. .

I've never eaten at any Cafe Rio's before, but I assumed it was like Chipolte. The set up is the same. You tell them what you want and they make it for you. I ordered the chicken with rice, beans, salsa, cheese, etc. The serving size was generous and the price not too bad. I will visit them again.

Have eaten at other Cafe Rio locations, and this one was the least efficient. The staff was quite slow and the cashier didn't ring us up right. At least the food was standard Cafe Rio fare.

Café Rio is a very authentic Mexican Restaurant, Don't be put off by the serving line to order. The real evaluation comes from eating their great dishes. They offer a variety of Burritos, Tacos, Enchaladas, Toastados, as well as other dishes with very good Key Lime Pie!
