Menu had lots of choices for breakfast. Good food in a fun cowboy themed atmosphere. Sausage patty was a bit spicier than anticipated,

I’ve lived about a mile from this restaurant for nine years. I would occasionally drop in for breakfast. I like to sit and use the iPad over breakfast. Often the tables would be about 70% occupied. The owner would ask me how many and I would say, “One.” and she would show me the counter. I would say, “I would... More

every year on our way home from Incline Village to Scottsdale this is a must stop for breakfast. Ambience, service and the food quality are fantastic. Today I had the 3 egg with bacon and left the plate empty even mopping with toast the final crumbs left. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cowboys Benedict is biscuits covered in scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. That alone is enticing for adventurous breakfast eaters, and it's made even better by the fact that Cowboys biscuits and Cowboys gravy are among the best anywhere. Large, man sized portions with great flavor. Even the coffee is good. This is all topped off by darn good service.

This is a small diner type restaurant with really delicious food, quick service, and very large servings of each item ordered. Pancakes for the little grandaughter were 2 Micky shaped chocolate chip as big as the plate. Short stack blueberry were also plate sized. Best open face roast beef mashed potatoes and gravy my daughter ever tasted, Other daughter raved... More

Really good! Lunch and breakfast served all the time. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. It was HUGE and tasty. There were eggs, beans tortillas and red sauce with sour cream. The specials looked good too. Many locals and travelers enjoying the cute coy boy decor. The owner was super nice and waited on us.

My wife and I stopped in after church. We found it to be very comfortable and filling. It is as good as any home cooking I have ever had and the portions are big. It is well worth the money.

We stopped at Cowboys because the name and cars outside looked like it might be good. It was great! Very casual, seems like lots of locals go there.

Cowboys Café is a small quaint restaurant open for breakfast/lunch. Breakfast here is about the best I have found in Minden. Many choices, great portions and real great taste. Definitely my #1 spot for breakfast. During the weekend, you can expect to wait a little for a table. Wait for it. It's worth it...

Best Chicken Fried Steak and Cowboy Eggs Benedict in town!! Very clean, cozy family restaurant! The COWBOY theme just makes it more fun. Don and Debbie are the perfect host and hostess-ask Debbie about her cowboy boot collection!
