Dante, our server was fantastic! His positive energy, accommodating attitude, and attentiveness is a stellar example for all servers to follow.
We were on a time crunch to have dinner so we could enjoy the Kool & The Gang concert next door. My uncle communicated...that to him. Therefore, our cocktails were made quickly plus our dinner was served as quickly as we ordered them. The manager assisted Dante in bringing out our delicious dinner.
My husband enjoyed his Fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and chicken. The sauce was light. My uncle had the Lasagna which he raved about. It’s his second time to eat here and he was as impressed. My other uncle had the Costata di Manzo which he was very happy about. It had great flavor and served hot as he requested. We got a taste of it since he shared a piece with all of us. Lastly, I had the Branzino Mediterranean Sea Bass. I was impressed with the way it was cooked and flavored. Crispy outside and soft/light/flaky inside. The only thing I would change is in lieu of the herb roasted potatoes, I would rather have the vegetables that accompanied the Costata di Manzo sans the potatoes. I feel like that’s a better pairing.
We were able to enjoy our cocktails and meal just in time for the concert. The clean up team was also quick and one of the team members had a very good sense of humor. I wish we got his name.
Overall, we were impressed with the quality of service and meal. We will ask for Dante next time we dine in at Fresco Italiano. Keep up the excellent work! 😊More
