From Host to waitress (Elise) the first time experience at Fresco's was exceptional. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone. Elise could not of been more helpful. Perfect atmosphere for a date out.

We had the most amazing dinner at the Fresco Italiano! From setting up a reservation, to being greeted by the host, and then having a very friendly server who catered to us and attended to our needs. Our server Andy (Andrea) was absolutely wonderful and so attentive. We ordered the Chef Selection - a three course meal that was absolutely delicious and a great value! I ordered the Tuscan White Bean and Kale soup, Salmon Entree, and Bombolini dessert. Wow! My tastebuds were happy! So savory! The ambiance was beautiful! It even had a scrolling view of Italian cities on one entire wall of the restaurant. This is an absolute must if you’re staying in Vegas!

Friend saw the WOW special for locals so he, his wife ,my husband and I ventured down to the Westgate to try it. What a delicious, delightful surprise! Rather than just another Italian restaurant, Fresco is a hidden gem. Thursday nights locals receive 50% of their bills - the TOTAL bill. The service was wonderful; Andy was not only efficient and well informed,, she was fun. In fact, every service person had a great attitude and did his or her job well. Now, for the food - OMG! From the bread to dessert it was fabulous! Chef Steve, pleasant and obviously very talented, sent out a sampling of the Frutti di Mare between our salads and entrees. Will definitely return for it! We ordered filets which were flavorful, perfectly cooked and fork tender. The Scaloppine di Vitelli was also fork tender with a pasta and sauce that were amazing. Do try this excellent restaurant! We have reservations for the next three Thursdays!

The executive chef, Steve Young continues to improve the menu with great selections and amazing tastes. We visited over the Valentines holiday and again it was our pleasure to be served by Michael, the singing waiter. The combination of Steve Young's quality and Michael's attention made for an enjoyable evening.
It you have not been there yet, try the three couse Chef Selection. My personal favorite is the lasagna.. If you like something a little richer, the fettuccine alfredo is outstanding. Cap off the night,with the tiramisu.
This time we all tried the Bombolini and it will spoil you, especially trying the three dipping sauses it comes with.
All in all, Fresco Italiano offers many menu options to suite iindividual tastes at a fair price. It is 99% Italian. 100% would be in Italy.

I travel to Vegas frequently for business and typically stay at hotels that have vegan friendly food, such as the Wyn. I ended up staying at Westgate Hotel because it was next to the Vegas Convention Center. During my 5 night stay I ate out every night at vegan or vegan friendly restaurants. On the last night, I was so tired from packing up at the conference that I ended up going into Fresco Italiano and figured I would just settle on some wine and maybe bruschetta made vegan. I told the hostess that I was vegan and she said let me get the chef for you. Of course I didn't want to be a bother and said it's not a big deal I will just get something simple from the menu. Next thing I knew, Chef Kaitlyn came over to my table to introduce herself. She was excited to talk with me about preparing a vegan meal for me. She ended up making me a cashew cheese Fettuccine Alfredo with Wild Mushoorm and Asapargus with chili oil. She made the dish super fast and I have to say it was the best vegan pasta I have ever had. Her attention to detail in the dish was outstanding. I will recommend her and this dish to every vegan I know and I can say that people who are dairy intolerant would adore this dish. Hats off to this Chef for going the extra mile for vegans. The US population is more than 6% who identify with plant based. I would highly encourage restaurants to put more plant based offerings on the menu and advertise them because I guarantee vegans would travel to this restaurant just to try some of Chef Kaitlyn's delicious vegan pasta. Thank you for a great dinner!

Our dining experience at this place was beyond incredible. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Our server - Michael Bakor is the BEST one thus far. The Hostess - Clara was so sweet, she had prepared a table for us which was very special and that definitely made us feel special. Every minute at this place was well worth it. You have to experience this yourself. We are definitely coming back here again with the rest of our family. Thank you again everyone at Fresco Italiano!

A few things about this restaurant based in the Westgate Hotel that surprised us, considering the TA ranking:
1). This is not an elegant looking restaurant in any way. It looks like a converted casino cocktail lounge with a kitchen in the back.
2). Service was uneven as there were only 2 servers for the restaurant (7:30p reservation). Additionally, our server was VERY over the top. Some people may like this I guess…my wife, son and I were not impressed although the servers effort was there for the most part.
3). Neither of the first two issues were really all that big of a deal…the main problem was that the food wasn’t very good. I ordered the lasagne and it was straight up bland. I was starving after traveling all day and the portion was large…I ate less than a quarter of it and left hungry. My wife ordered the frutte di mare and it was ok but light on flavor and seafood(i.e only a half a scallop). My son(12) got the fettuccine with chicken. He liked his dish and housed the whole plate. We also ordered the buratta and tomato appetizer…it just seemed off.
4) The positive side was that prices were much more reasonable than every other place we ate.
If you are looking for a top tier restaurant in Las Vegas….this is definitely not it. I am even considering not reading future TA reviews as a result. The discrepancy in review vs reality is the most I’ve ever experienced in the many years that I’ve read TA. I do not believe the restaurant was having an “off night”

We popped in for dinner early Thursday night and WOW!
From the initial greet (and recommendations) from Nik, attentive service from Andy and closing out with Michelle (all the way to the parking lot after I left my card) we had a tremendous experience.
In between great service from passionate individuals we dined on crispy, tender calamari, fresh bruschetta, fettuccine Alfredo and we rolled out the door happy and FULL.
This was our first time dining at Westgate and it will not be our last. Great food, great service and a great lasting impression.

After reading all of the reviews about the food and service, we thought this would be great. Not exactly. Showed promptly for our reservations (5 people) and were told it would be a 10 min. wait (despite very few folks in the restaurant). Get to the table, and we get water and breadsticks and then literally nothing for almost 15 minutes. When the waitress finally shows up, she says "Sorry for the wait, what it'll be?" The night continued like this service-wise. I'm not sure if her thick NY accent made her think that a surly manner was more authentic, but it wasn't. Nor were the frequent lengthy absences from the table where we had to flag down other staff to get our drinks filled. My wife tried desperately to engage her, pointing out that we had come here because we heard about good service and good (no response) and requesting recommendations (to which she responded, "it's all good"). Just dreary--what I would expect in a greasy spoon restaurant. We ordered three of the chef's specials with all three starter options and the chicken, salmon, and fettucine alfredo for the dinners. All were good. None were great. Also had the calimari, breaded mozzarella, meatballs, and penne vodka. Same thing. I've had much better Italian at Carrabas. I cannot recommend this place, especially our waitress. But hey, all of the great reviews seem to mention Michael. Guess we should have asked if he was working.

I entered Fresco Italiano at the recommendation of the General Manager at the Westgate Resort & Casino. Michael Baker took over and provided service and food that was tremendous. His presentation made us laugh numerous times. We started off with the Calamari the was some of the very best I have ever had. It had a light breaded crust and seasoning that didn't smother the taste of the squid. We requested a Caesars salad for my wife and I and he brought it out already separated and garnished. We requested to split the bone-in-ribeye and he brought it out already cut in half and sitting on a bed of potatoes. The entire meal was a delicious and the service was outstanding. Bravo, Michael and Fresco Italiano!

We were greeted by Michael Baker who is an amazing greeter and server!! He was very informational as we were deciding, in front of the restaurant, whether to eat there or not. The manager was amazing as well, I unfortunately forgot her name, but she was informational as well and she led us to our table and later followed up to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Michael came back to our table and serenaded us with Italian songs and his voice is amazing!! The food is phenomenal they make everything fresh by scratch and you can tell!! I got the spaghetti Pomodoro with two meatballs and they were so juicy and moist and the pasta was cooked perfectly, my grandma was Italian and my dad said that their meatballs taste just like his mom used to make and I could see the smile on his face as he flashed back and smiled!! My parents enjoyed their dish as well!! I forgot the name of it but see picture attached!! Also, on another nice touch is that they give you a separate napkin to put your mask on while you’re eating so you don’t have to put it on the table or in your pocket or purse. This is definitely the best Italian food in town!! Highly recommended and when you go, make sure you ask for Michael Baker!! Guaranteed you won’t be disappointed!!

I am a Bbq Pitmaster, i was so amazed from the first steps into the restaurant. I was greeted by the waiter Michael Baker. Michael is a Master of his job, he is so experienced and really enjoys his job. He educated us on our choices we made on the menu. Our appetizers placement was so outstanding. The bruschetta was so tall and not one item feel into the plate, perfect placement. The Calamari was enough to feed a whole family, and it was real Calamari, not just tubes. Then the main courses came out. I was so impressed who everything was cooked perfectly that I had to ask for the manager. He instructed me that the Chef Steve Young takes pride of ever dish he serves. I cannot brag enough how Epic this restaurant is, you really need to make time to visit this place. Great Job Fresco!!!!

I heard about this place through the generous offer made to teachers, by Mr Young. It was perfect timing for my birthday, so we snuck away without the kids. It was a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. It was perfect for a romantic birthday dinner. I had the chicken parmigiana and my bf had the salsicce Italiane e rapinii. I have a gluten allergy so they made my chicken without the breading and it came with gluten free penne, that was cooked perfectly. This was a nice treat as it is very hard to find good gluten free pasta. Our waitress, Elise, even brought me a dish of gelato as a birthday treat. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice couples dinner. I can’t wait to return.

We were in Vegas with a large group of 60 for a wrestling tournament and were searching for a restaurant to accommodate our group. I stopped by the restaurant and was told that I would be contacted by a manager. Shortly after I received a call from the manager Crystal who was happy to help me. Within hours she was able to coordinate a buffet style dinner for our group which was extremely affordable. We even showed up to the restaurant with a few extra guests and they quickly added a table and chairs to the private room that we were provided. Michael was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient, hilarious and provided excellent service. The buffet offered many different options and everything tasted fantastic. We will be back next year without a doubt!

Our waiter Michael Baker was phenomenal. We were celebrating birthday dinners and he made our experience cinematic! The food is delicious and our party was serenaded with an angelic birthday tribute and dessert. It was a perfect and unforgettable experience.
