The food is good, the ambiance is “dark” and the staff is great! Live music by a very personable singer. We will be back the next time we are in LasVegas.

We were at the end of a two week vacation when we visited. My family consists of 2 parents, 2 teens, and a 20 year old. We all enjoyed every minute and all agreed it was the best part of our trip. The food, the...atmosphere, the singers, and the magician were all fantastic. The kids all said it was the best Italian food they ever had. I was slightly insulted, but couldn't disagree. The food tasted like my deceased Italian ancestors used to make. The red sauce was soooo good, and the meatballs were amazing. The pasta is made fresh and so heavy that I had leftovers that lasted a few days. If we ever come back to Vegas, this would be our first stop. It was pricey, but well worth it in my opinion because it was like dinner and a show.More
We go to Vegas a few times a year, and have tried so many different restaurants. This trip was a girls trip, and we had not been able to meet up since before the pandemic. We decided to do all new things this trip. Tried...the Nomad...best hotel we have ever stayed at! Hitzville, one of the best shows very few people have seen! We had already had such great experiences (only negative, we should have passed on the Legends In Concert Diva show) but saved what seemed like the best restaurant/experience for our last night. I read the reviews and almost changed my mind. I recommend if this is your first visit, that you don't read any more reviews as they will spoil the element of surprises. Since I did the planning for the restaurants on this trip, none of the ladies knew what to expect and were delighted at every turn. The food was incredible. I had the best fettuccini alfredo ever, homemade pasta with perfect cream sauce. Others said the same about the lasagna, chicken luccine, and spaghetti. The meals came with homemade fresh warm bread and garlic butter. The portions were large, and there was live music. We took an Uber there and back, and it was still worth every single cent for the evening, reasonable by Vegas standards. The experience was what made this stand out as a restaurant we will always remember. Just know...when your Uber drops you off and you think "is this the right place?" It is....and you will have such a fantastic night. As their sign says, if you don't like real Italian food, there is an Olive Garden right down the road. And if you try to order any foo foo drink...don't as this "ain't no tiki hut". Go experience old Vegas! I will be back every single visit and cannot wait to go with new groups of people. Don't forget to make reservations.More
Came here 5 years ago and had an awesome experience. This time around, not so much. We made reservations for our 25th wedding anniversary and had requested a red leather booth but did not get one. Bummer. No mention of “happy anniversary”, rather we got...a “happy 4th of July” on July 3 on our way out (lol). Ambience was very good. Service was good but with an asterisk. *was asked if we wanted more bread when we had not yet gotten any to begin with. Minced garlic offer to go with bread was good when we did get bread. *my veal Marsala came with mushroom risotto. hubby’s dish of veal scaloppine piccata was supposed to come with garlic mashed potatoes but instead he got mushroom risotto. When we flagged this to the waiter, he said he chose that for him cause it was soooo much better than garlic mashed. Huh? Not cool. Hubby doesn’t like mushrooms. We let it slide. *dessert came 15-20 minutes after we got our espressos. Food/prices… green house mixed salad had wilted greens. Caesar salad entree was good though. Pitcher of sangria on menu showed $45 but were charged $50. It was not super tasty. Tasted like slightly fruity water. The recommended limoncello dessert was pretty good. Whipped meringue on side was tangy, cake was moist. All in all we were underwhelmed this time around.More
Last visit 5 years ago, this place was amazing. Now, in 2022 it’s a complete disappointment. The ambiance and entertainment was good but server was condescending, didn’t listen and generally poor. The food 5 years ago was amazing, now it’s average at best. Such a...disappointment for us as we were celebrating our anniversary. Won’t return again.More
Totally disappointed. Although we had reservations the restaurant wasn’t prepared for our party. We were put in what appeared to be a dark storage area. Dirty silverware. Place settings inadequate. No one loved the food. When I went to the restroom I heard the singer….....in the main room doing modern stuff which didn’t fit the speakeasy atmosphere. Won’t go back.More
The atmosphere was amazing, Tom made our daughter feel so special celebrating her 21st B-Day. The food was amazing, drinks were great!! Not only would I recommend Capos but I’d go back any & every time back in Vegas!! Thank you Capos for making our...night out celebrating!!More
I hadn't been to Vegas in 6 years and wanted to have my hubby experience the old Vegas Rat-Pack/Mob feel. Love this restaurant and it still has great food, great service, great entertainment and the same great personality and atmosphere!! Great job as always!!
My wife and 6 friends ate here. We are all 55 to 60 years old. Reservation at 7 o'clock. No waiting and seated promptly. Drink order done in 5 minutes. Meal order done in 10 minutes. Meals at table in 20 minutes. Portions are huge....Everyone had something different. Each meal was outstanding. This is an old school theme restaurant. Dim lights, table, booths. They had a stage singer who was an old school crooner. Amazing, simply amazingMore
Hands down the best restaurant in Vegas! Such a cool speakeasy with just fantastic food and live entertainment. Great service!
I love a great speakeasy, but Capos is not one! The waitress was not attentive, the food was cold - who wants to eat cold mash potatoes?? They brought me dessert to make up for the cold potatoes. The food in general was lackluster. They...brought out hard bread and cold butter. The drinks were watered down. Disappointing experience for the first time in Las Vegas. Would not recommend.More
Go off the strip one night and eat at Capo’s. It is an experience you won’t find in your hometown. Can’t say more, don’t want to spoil it for you. I will say that the food and service was excellent. And they have a singer...while you are dining. Make reservations early so you don’t miss out on a great night!More
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was absolutely horrible mush. I ordered a pasta dish. Pasta was mush and the sauce horrible. I would have sent it back after two bites but was afraid it would simply end up...on someone else’s plate.More
We traveled to Vegas at least 3 times a year for a vacation, prior to Covid, and drove by Capo's every time. After recently watching an episode of Bar Rescue, where Jon Taffer updated the restaurant, we decided to visit. All four of us enjoyed...the experience. After reading a few of the recent reviews, we were skeptical; however, it lived up to our expectation of being an "old style" Vegas restaurant experience with tasty food and good service. It is actually a lot of fun to visit. We enjoyed the secret window where the host invited us in after waiting in the entry. The Rat Pack style music and dark lighting created ambience that we enjoyed. We will definitely return.More
We absolutely loved our dinner at Capo’s! Crazy fun entrance! It is dinner and a fun experience. We have been to Las Vegas many times and this is our first time going to Capo’s. We saw the restaurant on the show Bar Rescue and really...wanted to go. We highly recommend it!More
