We waited about an hour on our last night in Vegas. They seat 16-18 around this bar in the middle of the casino. Fresh, Fresh seafood turned into Cioppino, Gumbo, Pan Roasts, Clam chowder- New England or Manhattan, salad, bread, you name it, it was great. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Two of us, entrees, salad... More

You go to Oyster Bar for 2 things, amazingly fresh oysters and the pan roast. If you've never had pan roast is an amazing creole stew type dish made with your choice of seafood and if you like chicken and sausage. Choice for level of spicy and enjoy! Be prepared for one thing, the wait. The Oyster Bar is a... More

Located in Palace Station near the Players Card Booth. There is always a line here. You watch the cooks right in front of your eyes cooking your food. Very good food. We both had a pan roast on this visit. EXCELLENT! Expect to wait for a seat at 10am, 4pm, 11pm or 3am. Photos added.

Referred here by a friend, it was well worth the wait in a line that took over an hour to be seated. The bar has only 18 seats and it is manned by a server and the chef. The gumbo was worth the wait. It was thick and full of shrimp, lobster, crab, chicken and sausage, okra and rice for... More

It only has 18 chairs and it's located in the open space in the casino. The price is on the higher end but it's worth every penny! The raw oysters were fresh and tasty, the size is on the larger side so for some people that's a put off but I don't mind them, I think you actually get more... More

Terrible. We waited 10minuntes to receive a menu from an older white guy working there that looked lost. Once we finally received out menu he didn't return for another 5minutes. Once he returned he took our beer orders, which after waited another 5minutes he never returned with the beers. After that we got up and left. Being a Chairman card... More

I gave up twice due to the long line but I'm glad I made it on the third try. Arrived before 10am and able to get the last available seat without waiting!!! The food is amazing like everyone else saying. Just be patient with the waiting or come over early like I did, you won't regret for sure
