My 5th trip to Vegas & this was the first time I ever had a bad dining experience. 1 hr after being seated, we were still waiting on our meal. Drinks came even later. Cold hard greasy fries with a $60 steak is unacceptable. Clearly...not on the level of Steak 48, Mortons or Ruths Chris. Waffle House had better service. After asking the waitress for the 2nd time to check on our drink order, we were informed that the bar was out of an ingredient for my drink. (So my wife didn't get hers either) Had to complain to waitress & manager. Our food came an hour after we sat down and the manager finally came to the table when we were nearly done eating. To address the issue with our drinks. Feel like I just threw away money.More

Wonderful birthday dinner. The Brussels Sprouts were amazing. The cocktails were exquisite. The neat onion soup I have had in years. Loved it!!

This was an amazing brunch experience! Matthew L. was our waiter and provided such personal, excellent service that totally made our experience. And not to mention - the food was beautiful and tasted great! It will be our new brunch tradition in Vegas for sure.

Exceptional service - we had the perfect waiter who just knew we didn’t want the chit chat and was nearly invisible. Flawless service. This was for a birthday and the food was great but not perfect. The gnocchi was too simple considering how it was...written in the menu and considering the Michael Mina name. Flavors blended too much in a way that made the overall impression...bland. The 1/2 chicken was absolute perfection. The onion soup and beet salad - perfect. The noise level was a bit high (hard surfaces and techies with their girls). Dessert - ah - hard to finish but again...perfect. The bread - all great bread is not on the coast - perfect.More

So disappointed after reading so many good reviews. Terrible service and average food. We went for Easter brunch and thought it would be a special experience but it was loud and crowded, our sever was extremely unhelpful, and the food was just ok, especially for...the price.More

So some people drop $300-400 on dinner... we drop that on brunch. I like to start the day off with a bang as opposed to a fancy dinner at the end of the day when I just want to kick my shoes off and relax....Anyway, we had a brunch reservation for 9am on a Saturday as did many others. We were promptly seated at 9 and seated “inside”. There was plenty of room between us and other diners. Service was excellent and prompt. We are champagne drinkers and opted for the bottomless veuve clicquot at $90pp. YES! It was worth it. We went through three bottles of the good stuff between two of us. What we didn’t finish in the restaurant was put in a to go cup to enjoy in the casino while we gambled and shopped at the stores. Food was excellent. We started with the pastry basket. It was all tasty, flaky and buttery. I had the breakfast sandwich which was excellent and my husband had the hunters waffle. It was uniquely tasty and memorable. We then had the chocolate macaron and it was amazing!!! We wanted to come back for cocktails later in our trip but didn’t have time. We will certainly make a point of returning during our next trip to the area. And, yes, I’d be happy to pay $300+ again for an amazing brunch again.More

So disappointing. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile, and was so disappointed in the majority of our experience. We had a 7:30 reservation but the table wasn’t ready for ten minutes after. The escargot was great- unique take with puffy pastry...atop pesto garlic. That’s where the enjoyment ended. I ordered the filet mignon cooked with just a little pink (we estimated between medium and medium well). My steak came out super well done and was unbearably dry. Our server never checked in and I had to flag down a busser after 15 minutes to flag down our server. He finally came over and acknowledged how overcooked it was and said he would get a new one made right away. Twenty minutes later (the rest in my party had finished eating), another steak came out that looked better (a little pink in the middle), but was HORRIBLE. I’ve never had a saltier steak in my life. I’m not one to complain but it was so over salted I could barely stomach a couple bites before needing to chug water. The worst part was the server never came back once to check in. So I was stuck with my horrible steak and after trying to stomach the greasy fries it came with, I gave up. At least my husband’s medium filet was properly done and my brother in law’s chicken was decent. But my meal was a disaster. After we sat with our dirty dishes for another 20 minutes unattended, we finally flagged down another busser to ask our server to stop by. When he finally did I told him that unfortunately the steak re-do they brought me was too salty to eat but we were done trying (Side bar- I NEVER send back food.... I’m no Karen but this was inedible). He apologized and said he would tell the chef. He came back 15 minutes later and asked if we were willing to wait a few minutes for a dessert to make up for the steak fail. We said sure and thanked him. Another 20 minutes later we were brought a creme brûlée and chocolate macaron. The creme brûlée was decent (nothing special) and the macaron was so crazy sweet we only had a few bites. After another 15 minutes we were brought the check, which we wanted to charge to the room and expected to show ID per usual. When the server once again never came back we just signed the slip and gave up. I’m grateful they took the filet off the bill, but I much would have preferred a good meal and good service. For these prices and the 2+ hours we had to stay here, I expected good food and decent service. Unfortunately this was neither. Absolutely would not recommend and won’t be back.More

If you love exquisite cuisine be sure to dine here. Im from Nashville and I just found out my favorite restaurant @ home is also owned by Michael Mina. The manager @Bardot Brasserie Las Vegas, Rob, was superb at the first dinner, so by the...second dinner, we were like old friends. Thanks for an unforgetable Las Vegas dinning experience.More

I hate to give a one-star review, especially if the food and service here are good. However, we had a bad experience with their Happy Hour as promoted on both their website AND the digital marquis throughout the Aria hotel. We planned our whole day...in Vegas around Happy Hour here (we didn't want a big dinner since we had a huge Sunday brunch earlier). We left the north end of the strip 30 minutes before our reservation...practically ran all the way there to make it on time (which we did), only to be told upon check-in that they no longer have Happy Hour. We barely got an apology. Not even a "have a drink on us in the bar for your inconvenience." At this point, it was 6:00 p.m. and we didn't have a dinner reservation anywhere else. I wouldn't be so critical except as mentioned before....they advertise their Happy Hour on their website AND when you walk through Aria casino and hotel the Happy Hour is being promoted on all their digital marquis!More

Brunch served only saturdays and sundays, menu prices range between $ 25 and $ 35 approximately (bottomless rose $25 aditional). There is no buffett options so there is no maximum length of stay
