Staff was very friendly and the food was authentic. Had been to Germany several times and this place was very close to what one can get in Germany. Would have liked a little more of various fruits in the stollen, but overall is was good...More

First time visit late morning. Ordered several pieces of pastry which were satisfactory. One of the pastries was on the dry side and the others were not extraordinary. I will give it another try because all the reviews are good and while there a regular...More

You know that joyous feeling when your dish at a pot-luck is the very first to be empty? Bought 24 stick pretzels at the German Bread Bakery and made some hot beer/cheese dip. People were scraping the bottom of the crock pot for the last...More

So good, and it tastes like the bread I grew up eating.... Even if you are gluten free, the prolonged fermentation of their dark rye, the leavening process, allows you to eat it and digest it with no problems. The ingredients: wheat flour, malted barley...More

Another trip, another visit to this bakery for the rumballs. These remain a delicious bargain though once again the price has increased. The current price being $1.40, but well worth it.

We've lived in Germany for many years, and everyone knows the German are famous for their rolls. Typical breakfast in Germany is getting fresh rolls from the bakery with some sort of German sausage (wurst) to top it off. The pretzel rolls made here by...More

Reminiscent of my time spent living in Germany, the bread is the best in Las Vegas. The also make a delightful pretzel croissant, crispy on the outside but delicate and flaky in the middle.
