We elected to sit by at a table by the bar. It was fine but noisy. Service was good, attentive, friendly and efficient. Sushi was just nothing impressive. Had steamed rice, large enough for 2. Salad was very large and not very good. Pricey also.

We were a group of 9 and ended up sharing a bunch of dishes from sushi, to soup, skewers, dessert. We cooked steak on a rock and they brought a special dessert for the birthday. Everything was really good but especially the seabass and ramen. It's good for groups and they can accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions.

My group ate here before we caught a show at the mirage. The sushi was very tasty and the drinks were good. There was some hang up on the night we ate and my husband's food came out after we all were finished but the waiter was very apologetic and accommodating (free drinks and his meal was free 😉). Our... Looking to have an early dinner before a 7pm show, our hotel advised us to make reservations to dine at Japonais, but reservations weren't needed as the restaurant was completely empty! I imagine that it gets quite busy further into the night, but it was quite enjoyable having the entire restaurant to ourselves. I was very impressed with service, and... More

We shared the Chef's Platter which was really good and enough for 3 people. We didn't have a booking but they found us a table within a few minutes.

Just tried Japonais with a couple friends and I'm not sure why we haven't visited earlier. This is my new favorite Vegas restaurant and I want to share it with everyone! I visit Vegas for the restaurants in particular which is why will definitely be back. The hostess and manager were very welcoming and accommodating. We did want the lounge... More

After Cirque de Soleil Beatles Love. Went to the bar Shrimp and scallop grilled on a skewer, lobster spring rolls and cucumber roll. Everything fresh watched them cook ship at bar. Great attentive service. They were appetizer size just right for a late meal On my list of ho yo places mow.

Had a wonderful late night dinner. The tuna was fabulous, the egg roll was good. Didn't care for the green tea that tasted like sea weed.
